"My experience would have been a five but the local freight shipment kind of upset me because they gave us a time period from 8-12 for delivery and showed up right at 12, meaning that someone had to take time off of work for four hours to wait for it. At least give us a heads up that you are running behind and you will be on the tail end of that time period (also, the woman who I had to coordinate it with was not friendly).
