"Avoid this company at all costs. I'm not sure how they're still in business with the pervasive lying that is clearly a part of their sales model. The "In Stock" labels are completely a ruse meant to lock in your order regardless of their actual inventory. I specifically used this company because the units I needed were listed as "In Stock". My order status was quickly updated to "Backordered by Manufacturer" even though the product continued to be labeled as "In Stock" on their website. The backorder date I was given came and went with no further updates. Over a period of 6 weeks I called for status about 10 times and was told that the unit was "arriving at the warehouse that day and should ship tomorrow". Over and over I was told this for weeks until I finally cancelled the order. Each time I called, the wait time was 20 minutes minimum and often resulted in a disconnect. Check the Google ratings on this company and you'll find similar stories. Shame on them for duping good people with this borderline scam."
"This item was on back order and no one ever told me. After It hadn't shipped in over a week, it took me a couple of emails and at least 40 minutes on the phone to learn about the back order. Everyone was pleasant, but the shipping information on wasn't really accurate. The web site said it would be delivered on a Monday and it didn't come till that Wednesday. The total lack of communication set my project back over a month. I would have handled things differently on my end if I had know right away about the back order. Now I have to wait for longer than I would have liked for my installation, so I can't comment on the equipment itself. Time on the phone wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have to listen a 1/2 hour of how fast they ship, how happy they want customers to be, how easy it is to order from them. True if items are in stock and shipping UPS. My order date was 5/15 and received 6/17."
