"If I could give no stars I would. This company states on their website 60 day refunds. But when it comes to it instead of operating like a normal company, this company doges it at all costs. Began applying for a refund a while ago. Instead of the situation being straight forward they have continuously attempted to avoid refunding me instead offering more of their jewellery and stating a refund is a very ‘difficult’ process. I have had several emails wasting my time instead of actually resolving the issue. Now sat out of pocket with jewellery I do not want. Disgusting behaviour. "
