I placed a fairly large order for Mother's Day. My credit card was charged twice (which I believe was the credit card company's fault and not Gnoce's) so I disputed one of the charges. Two weeks after placing the order, I had not received any update from Gnoce on my order besides the initial confirmation, so I submitted a ticket to customer service. They claimed that they emailed me to tell me they put a hold on my order since I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I checked all possible email folders and did not have this email from them. They also told me that if I cancelled my dispute with the credit card company and sent them proof, they would cancel the second charge themselves and ship my order. When I attempted to email them back with the proof, I got a response that my email was blocked. I then submitted a new ticket with customer service and explained the situation and they sent me the exact same email they had previously sent. Again, when I tried to reply, I got a response that my email was blocked. I then put in ANOTHER service ticket and included the proof this time right in the ticket and did not receive any response in several weeks when they previously responded within 1 day.
Gnoce is now claiming that they have refunded my money for both orders, but it is nowhere to be found. My credit card company has confirmed that I have not been refunded. I sent Gnoce multiple messages asking what date they refunded the money on and they will not provide an answer or any proof that they have indeed refunded my money. I am out $500 and a significant amount of time and I regret ever attempting to purchase from Gnoce."
