"I ordered a bracelet plus 6 charms on the 13th August intended for a brithday present on the 20th August. Giving their dispatch time 8-10days I knew it would be a few days late. Well a few days has turned into a few weeks. I have contacted them.numerous times and all I am told to do is wait. Ive asked for a refund 3 times they won't give me one. The response is wait 2 more weeks. I will never order from this company they ship from China so defiantly isn't Newyork based, they are a nightmare for customer service, spend your money with a company who you can contact and deal with properly like pandora. Horrible service "
