And I have chatted with customer service multiple times now. Each time the end of production date has been pushed back further. I will not be ordering through these guys again. "next to no way to talk to an actual person about problems and very limited options resolving manufacturing issues (e.g. company sent 2 pairs of sunglasses without the prescription that were last in stock and would have no way to replace the value of the deal provided at time of purchase and only offer was exact value of purchase and kept very pushily pushing to use store credit) via only an automated chatbot with no extended options for complex issue resolution. When an agent was reached, they became frustrated and quickly ended the chat to move on to another person (probably to curb their client response times) and no good way to rate how badly the interaction was on the part of the customer."
