Your website is good but could become better - some items have essentially no description so I have to track down information from a different website, and if I'm comparing, that's very inconvenient if not a deal breaker. There are a surprising number of out-of-stock items which isn't bad because you can filter those out, but could easily lead to looking for an alternative source. Now, we come to the website account...a follow-on order using the same credit card wouldn't go through. When I called, Candace was very helpful putting the order through but it couldn't be linked to my online account so I have no way to "see" it...and it's for a back-ordered item."
