"I ordered a multiband HF antenna (MFJ-1836H). While trying to assemble and tune the antenna it fell over and one of the fiberglass poles snapped. I had only had the item 1 day. I called GigaParts to inquire how to order replacement / spare parts. A representative warmly took my information and assured me she would contact the vendor and get me the part or at least the information I asked for. I didn't hear anything more for a couple of weeks, but then Sue contacted me. She apologized for the delay and explained exactly what had happened and then stayed in contact with me frequently until a replacement part was delivered at no charge. Although I had initially been disappointed at the drop in communication near Christmas time, Sue more than made up for this and greatly exceeded my expectations by getting me a free replacement part. I am impressed and this experience has definitely created some customer loyalty. Good job GigaParts and Sue in particular for the excellent follow up! "
