"Awful. Restocking fee was charged on a brand new item. Item title was for a full antenna, missing picture. After receiving the item, was partial (part) type item, and buried in the desciption was that it was a part of a larger item. Easy to miss. Returned (paid my own shipping) and was charged full 20% restock fee on unopened, brand new item. Sadface. Never again."

"Bought an $1800 radio and though the mobile bracket came with it. Called the day that it arrived to see if they would ship me the bracket with free shipping. The customer service rep said no, and that I should have paid closer attention to what I was ordering. I then said ok, you are selling the exact part on Ebay for this much, will you match it. She said no. OK it was my fault but that is no way to talk to a customer. I will not be ordering any more items from Giga parts if that is the way they talk to their customers.
UPDATE...Since this review GigaParts contacted me and profusely apologized for the way their customer service people treated me. They made every effort to rectify the situation and I was satisfied they did. I had a nice conversation with the Customer Service Manager about the situation and am satisfied that they will take care of this and it should not happen again to any of their future customers. That being said, I will again consider GigaParts for any future purchases,"
