"I am a starting Ham. I needed some parts for my truck. Here in Hawaii, we have NO stores that sell any radio gear. We are stuck with shipping charges and the scare of returning items it if it does not fit our needs. I had gone to another online radio website and the shipping was ridiculous! I had asked if they could give me a discount or any help and a straight-up no! I browsed around other online shops and found out DX has a straightforward shipping cost, which I was sold on.

I do like the descriptions of the items they give but some of the videos do not explain anything about the product. I also like how DX cares for its customers. When I had open my box it came with stickers, to me that is going the extra mile for me and now they have a new customer from Hawaii!"

"The DX80 is working finally, however It should have come pre-tuned closer than it was. It is ridiculous to be told by support to fold back 3 1/2 feet on each end to start with. The first page of the Original paper documentation and the online ad says it will work on all 80, 40, 20, and 10 meters without a tuner. I now don't believe that, Sorry. My LDG Tuner won't even tune 3.9 to 4.0 MHz portion of the 80 meter band yet. When I first bought the antenna only the lower CW portion of the 80 meter band was usable. Needless to say I am tired of lowering and pulling up the antenna to tune it!!! Your advertising "without a tuner" is not truthful. I have been in amateur radio for 67 years and at 83 years old I believe I know what quality is and is not! This antenna would be a disaster for Giga Parts with a new ham and it will pis... off the old ones... 73 Charles K0CZR"
