"I have worked with magnet wire in the past and find that the TEMco Industrial magnet wire is the best. I gave a high rating because of the quality and durability of the magnet wire and the superior coating on the wire. I am a Ham Radio operator and I am using the wire to build a Balun for my antenna. A Balun is an electrical device that converts between a balanced signal and an unbalanced signal. I have made 2 Baluns so far using the TEMco 14 AWG coated magnet wire and the preliminary test results from my Antenna Analyzer shows great RF performance on the HF frequency bands.
