"I purchased this tube bender set off of eBay for my grandson (HVAC Tech). It was listed as used and had a Very reasonable price for this type bender. It was clearly listed as a forward bend tool only. When I received the tool it looked brand new in every respect. There were pockets in the tool case for the reverse bend brackets so I went on line to ask Temco if I could buy the reverse bend attachments. I got an email from Temco the next day telling me they were sending me the reverse bend brackets for no charge. Yellow Jacket would not have done this! My grandson & I bent a few pieces of 1/2” copper and the bender works great. Can’t speak for reliability at this point in time but the customer service at Temco is great.
