Excellent Online Experience !

"I ordered a NewAge 11 piece Pro 3.0 Garage cabinet system that I am more than pleased with. Aviad simplified the order process while Kimberly handled the super fast delivery by a local freight company.

Amazing Customer Service - Kimberly

"I ordered and received a mobile cooler. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to put together but after it was assembled, I noticed a small defect. I contacted Customer Service via email and Kimberly responded right away. She asked me to take photos and she would consult with the warehouse. She responded the next day after receiving the photos and explanation. She said a replacement part would be sent out and followed up with the Fed Ex tracking. It was a seamless, efficient, and amazingly quick process thanks to Kimberly. I was extremely impressed and will definitely purchase more products from Garage Organization. Hats off to Kimberly!"

INSPECT, INSPECT, INSPECT!!!

"I ordered three large cabinets 7'h x 3'w x 2'd , one 7' footlocker and two wall cabinets. I have a two car garage and one side was filled with items to be placed in cabinets later. R+L Carriers delivered the items. The boxes for the three large cabinets were huge and I think the cabinets weigh 270 lbs. each. Only the truck driver was there at the delivery. I had to help him bring the cabinets into the garage. You can imagine how much room these boxes took up in the garage. Unboxing the cabinets was done in very tight quarters. I unboxed the cabinets and everything looked good from the outside. I had to get help to lift the three large cabinets upright. It took quite a long time to level all the cabinets together. Once I accomplished that I opened the doors to secure the cabinets to the wall. The third cabinet I secured was one of the large cabinets. When I opened the door, damage inside the cabinet was observed. This was not shipping damage. Two holes were drilled out on top of the cabinet, they were on top so I could not initially see them. Two of the shelving slots were damaged the back was misaligned and there were scratches inside the cabinet. This cabinet was clearly a returned cabinet, re-boxed and then sold to me as new.

I emailed Garage-Organization with the above information. Their response was no reason to get upset, we are professionals sometimes damage occurs during transport. I sent a second email with photos of the damage, stating that clearly this was not due to damage during transport. They responded with an email for me to send photos of the damage, which I just did.

For me, bottom line is. I paid $700 for a new cabinet. They tell me not to get upset. This is not a return of a small item that required very little labor to install. This took me a long time to install and it is 7' x 3' x 2' weighing 270 lbs. This company states they are professionals. Professionals do not re-box a returned damaged used item and sell it to another customer as new. I will make due with what was sent me. It was a lot of work, don't feel like going through that again. It is easy for someone at Garage-Organization sitting behind a computer to say don't get upset, they don't have to do the work like the customer has to. Still trying to figure out how a used cabinet came shipped in a new banded box?

I would buy from them again!

"I ordered a complete Newage Outdoor Kitchen from Garage Organization in Dec. of 2018. Easy to navigate their website. The slate gray with tempered glass fronts was my choice. Within a week, I received a shipment order number and they were delivered 4-5 days later to my door step.
They were individually crated and well boxed with foam padding but unfortunately two of the cabinets were pierced and scratched during the shipping process. I contacted G.O. immediately and sent photos of the damage.
They shipped out the two replacement cabinet and I received them in 4 business days.
Kimberly in customer service should gets 5 stars for her prompt emails and kindness.
I have shared this story with friends and coworkers and highly recommend G.O.!

Competitive Price and fast shipping

"Got a set of hooks for a rack I bought from Amazon. I didn't like the price on Amazon for the hooks so did a quick search on Google. Well, I found this site, placed the order, and two days later it's at my door step. Hooks were top notch quality with bubble wraps around each. Very satisfied with the experience and will definitely shop there again for my next storage needs."

Fantastic!

"I ordered an outdoor kitchen and discovered it was too big for the area. I emailed Aviad at customer service and he just made my evening. I now have a smaller outdoor kitchen coming for Christmas. Everything from the website, to the ease of ordering, to the customer service has been top notch! I can’t wait to see and enjoy the products! Follow Up: received the products and it looks amazing! Delivery was fantastic too. Easy to put together and looks solid. Highly recommended!"

G-Floor garage floor mats

"Website easy to navigate and order. Finding the floor mats that made the most sense for my application, I placed the order and received the two mats (each weighing 75 lbs and G-O offered FREE SHIPPING!!!!). Received the two mats 4 days after my placing my order and they're everything that was described. Just what I need and delivered much faster than expected. OUTSTANDING Customer Service

"My shipment arrived and after installation, I found that the two upper cabinets didn't match/ align up. Garage-Organization promptly shipped me two more, which did match and aligned beautifully.
Several months later, the switch on my LED lights stopped working. My same CS representative with my first issue, Kimberley, promptly sent me replacement units.

It is very refreshing to find immediate responses from G-O on my consumer issues.
This is usually reserved for commercial or large customers. Thank you so much Kimberley!!

PRO Series 3.0 Grey 10-Piece Set with Stainless Steel Top and LED Lights

"I had my garage painted, molding added, ceiling textured, and then the floor painted with epoxy. I had some cheap cabinets and decided to up grade them. I researched cabinets all over the internet and came up with Garage Organization. Their prices were competitive and a bit cheaper. I ordered the PRO Series 3.0 Grey 10-Piece Set with Stainless Steel Top and LED Lights. I did this over the phone because I wanted to ask questions and get responses to many of my questions. The sales person was very professional and took all the time I needed to made the right decision. He was very Thorough even through the delivery. When my cabinets were delivered everything looked to be ok from the outside of the boxes, but a pond opening them I noticed a ugly dent in the large locker cabinet. I called and talked to Kimberly a customer service representative. She was very professional, and very customer friendly. I sent her pictures of the damage cabinet and she responded the next day that a new cabinet would be coming. I now have every cabinet installed including the lights under the the top cabinets. Insulation went very well with the help of a much younger and stronger person lol. My garage is now complete and very much a master piece thanks to Garage Organization.

Excellent Customer Service person -Avi

"I have been in sales for over 15 years. It is more about the customer service than the transaction. I have been saving a year-and-a-half for garage cabinets. I had questions about my purchase Avi call me back and followed up. There was a price match on your own website Avi took care of it no problem. Then I found a larger cabinet set at a competitor's website. Avi again got a price match. The way I got treated I thought I was talking to the owner of the company, I got treated with professionalism courtesy and promptness. As an owner I would model my employees after him. The way he treats people can not be taught it's God giving. I will more cabinets in the future and I tell everyone about your company and its great customer service. "
