"This was an interesting experience. I ordered the hooks online and kind of forgot about it until I got an email asking if I was satisfied. At that point I realized that I had not gotten them so I quickly emailed customer service and within a couple of hours got a reply. I explain that I hadn't gotten my product yet, and they replied that they were confused as to why because FedEx had it marked as delivered. I assured them that I did not get it. "Its hard to grow hot peppers at 48.5° North. especially outside. They want to be toasty, like in Mexico, or the Caribbean. I like hot peppers, so this year I decided to do them in a greenhouse.
I looked at many different models, trying to find something that would fit both my needs and my budget.
After watching way too many tutorials and review videos, I decided on the Palram.
Shopping for a greenhouse in the spring is not the smartest, because everyone else is doing the same thing.
I found the model I wanted, at a price I considered to be reasonable, on G.O.s website.
I contacted them because I wanted to use a payment option that they did not list. I was contacted promptly by Aviad, who told me my method of payment was not a problem.
Communication was good, I was told when my greenhouse would arrive, and it did, exactly when expected.
Palram does a good job with shipping these units, so despite the distance they travel, they arrive in good shape.
Also, Palram includes extra parts, just in case you drop a couple bolts between the floorboards, like I did.
Instructions are in English, and not translated, which makes them easy to follow. I assembled mine solo, with just a small 6 foot ladder, and had no issues.

"It started out not good because of the delivery confusion between two states addresses, but Kimberly stood all the way to solve the problem.
Now I have beautiful cabinet assembled in my garage and it looks super and getting full use of it. Superior quality and good price to name a few of the benefits. One comment to add is if they color code parts so that it is easy to match parts for not so handy owners to assemble easier would be great.
