"Placed an order for two pairs of shoes.. one for myself and one for my girlfriend. They were both marked as price cuts, and were on backorder, but for the price, it was worth waiting for them to come back in stock... Turns out it was a "price error" as stated in the cancellation email!! I feel this is a poor way of doing business.. If it was a pricing error it should have been caught more quickly than the two days it took to get my cancellation email.. Very poor business practices"

"Placed an order for something that was marked as on sale / price cut. Bought two pair, one for myself and one for my wife. Later got a cancellation email stating that they didn't want to honor the sale and claimed it was a price mistake - referring me to their one line price mistake policy. Basically, it gives them the right to unilaterally cancel any order by claiming if it is a price mistake. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. "

"It is not cool for a company to change its mind and not honor the placed order. Actually i think it is cheating and disgusting behavior. If the item was marked as "price cut", then it should not be claimed as a price error. If that is the case, any company can withdraw any promotion without any kind of legal and ethic responsibility.
Gander Mountain: I just want to ask WTF in your mind?
Will never waste time on this kind of cheating company.

"This place is horrible. I ordered a truck ramp, which was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. I called two weeks later, and the rep. stated that it had not even left the factory yet. She reportedly cancelled the factory order, and sent me one from the store instead. I then received the ramp five days later. Unfortunately, the rep. forgot to cancel the factory order, and I received a second ramp, and a second charge on my credit card. I called three additional times and finally got a Fedex return slip that worked. They received my return and told me they credited my card for the returned item on 7/5/11. As of 7/10/11, Discover had no record of any such return. I called back, and the rep. didn't know what was wrong. She only gave the explanation that they processed the return on 7/5, and there was nothing they could do. I then had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I received a call back from Gander Mountain following this, indicating that they didn't process the return until 7/12/11. These people are complete idiots!!! Unless an item is 50% cheaper than anyone else, don't order anything from them!!!!! "

"My first experience using them. Received an email confirmation of the order shortly after placing it, followed by a second email at the end of the day with tracking info. Items received exactly as ordered, and very well packaged.

They had the cheapest price I could find combined with the shipping cost, and performed exactly as I'd want. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.

"When I placed the order, I used a discount code g7746 to get $20 off $100 purchase. And it showed I was charged $87.09 when I checked out. But when I received the item, the invoice showed $107.09 and that is how much my credit card was charged. Sent an email to them and never got a response. Stay away!"

"This store is awful. I ordered a couple of items online and got a confirmation. I didn't receive any further information until I contacted them. I was then informed that the items that I ordered were out of order and was suggested to purchase other items!!! Also, there's no way to track the order on their website. I'd stay away from this vendor!!"
