"I gave a bad review at first cause I haven't received my controller for days now not knowing what was going on with my package but I emailed gamingmodz and the CEO himself responded right away which was a surprise to me since a lot of companies don't resond quickly, especially through email. Come to find out that alot of peoples controllers ended up missing through shipping which is a terrible thing. But the fine people at gamingmodz resolve my issues and sent one out right away. I'm sorry for the bad review and I know that I'm gonna be satisfied with the controller cause I already have one for my ps3 that I'm very happy with...thank you gamingmodz....if you guys need a good moded controller, gamingmodz is the place to get it from!"
"This has been an absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a controller for my son for Christmas, paid a $124.99 and it still hasn't even been shipped out! The company sent me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that is pretty much useless. I filed an incident with the post office and they indicated a shipping label was printed, but the controller was never delivered to the post office. The fact that they never shipped it is less concerning then the fact that their customer service is pretty much nonexistent. I have called several times with no answer, no reply via e-mail and no one is available to help me on-line. My only hope is that pay pal can refund my money. Thanks for ruining our Christmas GamingModz and not communicating with your customers...great job!!!!!"

"I am pleased about my purchase other then a few things. for one the pairing button on the controller didnt work & on the back there is some kind of residue that im not sure how to clean it off. I ordered it to come with a on/off switch (which it did come with) but i couldnt find it untill i googled it to find out where it was so they need to add a paper telling you about yourorder & how to work it. But other then that stuff i am very happy about it the contorller looks AMAZING just the way i custmized it! the lights look awesome as well & i would for surely buy from them again!!!"
