"first off i just want to say that anyone who says gamingmodz.com has bad customer service didn't give this company a chance. I'm in the military and my wife wanted to do something nice for me so she saved the money up to purchase a modded controller for me from this company, she didnt read the website correctly when she picked out the controller she wanted for me, she assumed it was just going to look like the picture on the page well needless to say it did come with what she thought. so i called the company to see if i could purchase the extra parts with same day shipping so i could get the controller and parts to put on the controller before i was sent to my next deployment location which was in about a week and a half from the date of purchase. when i called Cindy in their customer service was more than a great help she found my controller and asked the tech to install the parts, being the great company they are they installed the parts free of charge and sent y controller out to me with next day shipping i received it in time to take it with me to my deployment location and i am kinking butt in CoD with my awesome looking controller. the mods they produce are amazing in every CoD ( MW3 and BO2 ) i have three buddies about to place orders for controllers as soon as i am done writing this review. over all great product for a great price."

"I purchased the 53 mod Godfather Controller. Unfortunately, when I received the controller, all of the mods were not integrated. After speaking with customer service, they immediately sent a shipping label and began recreating my order as soon as they saw I had sent it back. I did have trouble with the recreation, it took a while to even get a tracking number, but after speaking with Alex (****@****) he very quickly and professionally addressed the matter; he even offered to add anything extra to my controller free of charge. Customer satisfaction does seem to be his main priority, I just wish his Customer Service Department saw it the same way; the new controller I received still was not correct, but only cosmetically; I ordered white buttons & somehow got blacked out buttons.
EDIT: So Alex saw this review and addressed the issue with my blacked out buttons. Without even asking him, he immediately sent me a brand new controller with white out buttons and several accessories to make up for the simple mistakes. His quick response and generosity even led me to refer a friend to GamingModz. He clearly cares about his customers. 10 Stars for Alex - I certainly appreciate everything you have done to correct the order."
"I ordred a controller for my Grandson who couldn't be more excited! It was pictured with bullet buttons. However when it came it didn't have them. I contacted customer service, 1st I did an online chat and it took forever to get responses until I threatened them! During this time I also tried calling and sat on hold for at least 5 min. with no answer. This whole thing took about an hour only to be told I can return it with a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping. DO NOT deal with company they have very poor customer service for a very expensive product! Total Rip off!!!!"
