I wish I'd read the other reviews here about how they give dishonest evaluations once they've received your phone in order to pay you less. I kept my phone in a case and screen protector since the day I bought it, carefully inspected it before shipping it, and carefully packaged it in bubble wrap and a box inside a box. Still, when they received it, they gave it a low rating, claiming it had "light scratching" and "light wear." I don't know if they lied, or dropped the phone themselves. But it definitely wasn't scratched when I shipped it. I said that to them in my reply email, but they didn't acknowledge it.
When you trade your phone in at a shop, you can say, "what scratch? Show me." But since you mail it and have to trust them, there's nothing you can do. They wound up paying me less than half the price they quoted me.
On the other hand, they did pay the lower amount, and sent frequent e-mail updates throughout the process. So I guess that's something. :/"
"Initially, I was given a great offer for my iPhone XR that was higher than a couple of other places I checked at so I decided I would try them out even though I had never used them before.
The mail in process was very easy, but it did take some time for them to check my phone out which is understandable. They came back with an offer that was 20% under what their initial offer was which was upsetting considering the great condition it was in.
I requested they either raise it substantially or return my phone because I knew it was in such good condition. They countered again with still a 10% reduction in what they had initially offered showing photos of what they considered the reason for the lower price. I also had photos which I submitted and countered to meet them in the middle at a 5% overall decrease or just return my phone.
At that point, another individual got involved and was super awesome about offering what they had originally stated. I was extremely happy that it turned out the way it should have and I got paid the full amount. I would definitely send my phone to them again in the future since they provided such good customer service.
No matter who you go with for a resell though, always have good photos of every aspect of the phone to verify the phone is in the condition you say it is in.

"I took a chance and sent my iPhone 11 to them to sell. I included the original box, brand new headphones, and brand new charging cable. They first offered $20 because the battery was less than 80%, which I found out was lacking because I looked at the wrong number on my phone. I looked at last charging, which was 89%. I didn’t accept that offer and they came back and offered me a whopping $30. I declined again and they came back and offered $120 plus a $5 bonus which was weird because it had gone up $90 all of a sudden. Why wasn’t that the first offer? I asked them to send it back to me because they gave me the feeling of doing business with a used car dealership. They did send it back but without the original box and accessories I had sent to them. I contacted them about the brand new accessories and they told me that they don’t send them back and recycled them responsibly, so I guess I’m out of luck (although I seriously doubt they trashed new accessories). If you use them, don’t send any accessories with your item to sell to them!!
The ‘bargaining’ they did was really weird and don’t think they should have done that. I guess if you don’t like the first offer, just decline it and it will go up? I found a place where I can get twice that offered amount and they have been great."
"I sent them my iPhone 12…they told me when it got there LATE (no fault to me or them but the mail service), but it was also COMPLETELY destroyed!! Like shattered! I had to go through and find my imei number to verify it was my device and somehow NO ONE is responsible for not phone being destroyed! Like why would I send a completely destroyed phone (more current model) and they have no insurance on it…. Like how…. Just completely rip off!!!"

"I sent in my iPhone 11pro which was cosmetically in perfect condition. I was pre-quoted $390. Almost 1 week after receiving the phone they quoted me $115 because “the software indicates the battery health is at 79% or lower…the battery needs to be replaced” As far as I know a new battery is ~$70.
I replied that I would prefer to have the phone sent back. A few days later they responded by increasing the offer to $200. I asked again to have the phone sent back.
10 days later I hadn’t received any information regarding my phone. I sent a message asking for information on the return. Just received a message (2 days later) that said they are just now sending it back. We’re approaching a month at this point.
