"I was quoted $205. They emailed saying that they found the screen full of scratches, they included pictures that were not of my phone screen and they offered me $100. I responded by telling them that it was impossible for my phone to have any scratches on the screen because it was given a tempered glass screen protector right out of the box and it was barely ever used as it was our family spare phone that was for when one of our phones was broken or being upgraded. Not only that, I closely inspected the phone when I prepared it for shipping out. They responded with another offer of a few more dollars, but still way short of the original offer. I proceeded to ask for my phone back and they obliged. I decided to send it to Apple, who also quoted me the same price of $205. Apple issued me the full amount of $205 after they inspected my flawless phone. If you have a flawless iPhone, Apple has the integrity to be honest about it, but Gadget Gone does not. They will even go so far as to send you pictures of some scratches on a screen and try to tell you that it’s yours. I wish that there was a way for me to include the pictures that they sent me. These guys cannot be trusted. "
