I ordered several goods from Junjou Romantica for a friend for her birthday. They were all in-stock when I ordered. I paid for express shipping to Japan since I only had about a week left until her birthday. I placed my order on Sunday, and it took exactly a week for the package to arrive. All the items arrived in good condition and were well packaged.
The only problems I had throughout the process were with communication. I e-mailed a question to GKWorld before I placed my order about shipping, and it took them 3 or 4 days to get back to me. Also, I was never notified when the items actually shipped, and so I had no tracking number even though I paid for express shipping.
Communication aside, I think GKWorld offers many quality products on their website, and their prices are competitive with other webshops I browsed. I would do business with them again. "

"It's like pulling teeth to get GK World to ship your order once they have your money they forget they are supposed to ship you something in return. My order was placed in June 2011 and I have just received the last item after numerous emails regarding my order it is NOVEMBER!. I think if I had not emailed them about the last item not sent I do no believe I would have ever gotten it. No one ever answers the phone you have to rely on email and the wait...I will never order from them again...just glad I got all my items....NEVER AGAIN!"
"HORRIBLE! Ordered Goku patch and wristbands 10/24 Fedex Express Saver. Received email 10/26 that wristbands would take 1-3 weeks, do I want to still order. OK, cancel wristbands and send patch. Received another email 10/28 that they will process 10/31 and do I still want Express shipping. Nothing Express about these people. They charged my card without shipping anything! Sent several emails to cancel but no response yet! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE WORST!"
