"I ordered customes for my infant twin sons on 10/15/12. It is now 10/24/12 and i have yet to receive the order. Halloween is only a few days away. When you call customer service your put on hold. The music cuts in and out after being on hold for 30 minutes, I hung up i have infant twins who need me. This is the 2nd call i have made in the last 2 days between their hours of business. I probably would have reodered other items here but their customer service & shipping isn't good at all. I pray i get the halloween customes before halloween or i will just re-sale the items on e-bay. the re-stocking fee isn't worth shipping the items back. The company takes your money as soon as you place your order but doesn't send your items for weeks later, something is terribly wrong with this company. "

"It took 5 days to shipp out a small package form your store and nothing was ever noted in large letters on shipping that it would be 7-10 business days. only that is first class commercial priority. seems it would be shipped faster. "

"ordered a pocket watch and it does not keep time. Called about returning and was advised would receive an e-mail. After a week and no e-mail had to call again. Was told I didn't have to return product and would get a credit. Have waited over a week and still no credit. Very poor customer service and quality. Would not shop there again!"

"This place is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with online EVER. Impossible to get hold of by phone and they stink at replying by email. Ordered a halloween costume for my son 9 days ago, have not received any info saying it has shipped, tried to cancel the order and they won't let me! I will never ever order from here again and I will make sure no one I know does either! My son comes home crying every day from school because his costume hasn't even shipped and they don't even have the decency to respond to let me know when it will be here! Horrible!"

"I placed an order on October 9. I paid an additional $24.95 for one-day business shipping. It is now October 16 - one full week later - and I still have not received my merchandise. When I contacted the company, I was told the one-day shipping only occurs after the order is processed. That was never stipulated when I placed the order. Here it is one week later, and I am still waiting for the "expedited" shipment. I would never order from this company again."

"Well I received the costume today, it is very cute. I had called on it twice because for some reason could not check on the order. They were very helpful, but still was relieved when my order arrived. I am not sure if I did not give them my email or what was the problem but all is well now."

"Do NOT buy from this company! Photos for TWO paint by number orders sent in July - from Maine to Mass. Owner said she never got them in July - it only takes 2 days to get there. They were mailed on the 23rd!! Lying. Then instead of contacting thru email of a delay or a problem, no contact whatsoever. When I called they said they were shipping the middle of September! Say what?! How would I finish 2 paint photos by Christmas. Each time customer service contacted with order numbers, etc, they would always write back and ASK for the order numbers. Never gave a reason why the order was delayed or even where the order was!!! They are not apologetic; customer service doesn't care; the owner doesn't care. Miraculously when the order was cancelled the middle of September, the photos were returned in two days!! Gee, how did that happen?!! Went to another company and they are shipping order in less than a week!!!!! CS says now they are busy this time of season. Stay away! I know they weren't busy in July!! They just don't want to admit they screwed up. Too bad, they lost a $100 order."

"Poor customer service, incorrect advertising. Item pictured was not the correct photo of the item. The item they showed was ear tips for the top of the ear that you glue on. I ordered two pair based on this. Once I got the order, it was the whole ear. I was told I would have to pay shipping back and a 20% restocking fee! Ripoff!"

"My order came without the necessary screws for assembly (not the fault in any way of Future Memories, Inc - the manufacturer just didn't include them in the package). I sent an email and almost immediately got an offer to send it back with postage prepaid for a replacement. I chose to just find some replacement screws instead, but I was extremely pleased with the whole interaction."

"My overall experience with Future Memories, Inc. was very dissatisfying. The item I chose was what appeared on the website to be a cute, affordable iPhone case, but what I received in the mail was of the lowest quality imaginable. I truly feel I could have made a better quality phone cover myself. Also, when I ordered the product, the shipping almost cost as much as the product itself, but the site assured me this product qualified for free shipping, which would be confirmed after placing the order, but this was a mislead. It turns out I was directed to a completely independent site where you have to PAY to be a member of an organization that will occasionally offer discounted shipping to you. Now that I want to return the product, not only do I not receive the funds back, but I must ship it back on my account and be charged a restocking fee on top of that, of which I was informed by a quite unfriendly representative in customer service. It has been an utterly unpleasant experience and I will be sure never to purchase anything from Future Memories, Inc. in the future."

"I made an order on 6/21 and didn't get it until 7/9. After talking to the customer service, I realized that it'd take 7 days for production, however, I paid premimum fee of $36.50 for 2nd Day shipment and it took 7 days to get it. Terrible service. I would not come back to this company."
