"Was so excited I had found a unique gift for my best friends birthday! I placed my order & it would be delivered in time ! Luckily I checked my emails the next day or so & to my SURPRISE an email said I had a refund???? This made no mention of what & why??? Very confused I had to take time out of my busy work day to inquire . When I called I was told it was not available.. No apology for the inconvenience .. Took them a bit to find the item & reason! This explanation is why I was not very satisfied! :( thank you for giving me the opportunity to voice my reason . "

"HORRIBLE Service!! It took a month and a half to get a small bowl from them. They stated it takes 3-4 weeks to leave the warehouse. I contacted them at the 4 week mark and the order didn't even exist in the system. I contacted them everyday by email and phone for a week until I received my order. They told me a different answer every single time I asked for them. They also would not refund my money when I asked for it 4 times. They said the "custom" order was already made, but the order didn't exist online. Please do NOT waste your time ordering from this company! The product is NOT worth the hassle you will go through to receive it!"

"I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FUTURE MEMORIES! I did not receive the product and they ignored my repeated emails and phone calls. After I finally made a Paypal complaint, their customer service representative telephoned me and was extremely rude. I am still out $31 for a product I did not receive and there is no resolution in sight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT! Their price was outrageously high, since no product was received. Their customer service is atrocious!"

"Beware of the seller! Ordered on 12/15 for Christmas delivery. Received confirmation and was charged. It is now 12/30 and they tell me the warehouse is closed for the Holidays and the product I ordered is not in stock. This has been horrible customer service and no communication from the seller. I will never do business again with these people. "

"Horrible company!! Don't ever buy ANYTHING from this company because they will rip you off!! Material is cheap for costumes, there's a 20% restocking fee..even if you didn't open the package!! After reading all these bad reviews on amazon, reseller ratings, and yelp...I should've known better not to order from this company. The supervisor is rude and there's NO customer satisfaction at all. I don't understand how this company is Still up and running"

"Horrible, Horrible experience. The Call Center is run by an uneducated, monotone, monitor reading employee who missed the course on Customer Service-- nor did she care! When asked who their General Manager/Boss/Owner/ Leading Manager (anyone?!) was, I was told they "Couldn't give that out."
Interesting.
Then again, after reading all these reviews, I don't know if I'd claim the company either.

"Horrible experience. I order a 4 pack of costumes, recived 3, took forever to reach them. I disputed 25% of the cost with my credit card company.When I did hear from Futur Memories it was mainly because they wanted me to remove negative feedback from Amazon which I did in exchange for a 30% discount on the missing costume. I then paid for the missing costume and when it arrived it was the wrong costume (one I had already recieved with the original order). They sent me a return shipping label and I shipped the costume back. Now its been 6 days I am still waiting to be reimbursed and I still don't have the 4th costume despite spending hours of time dealing with their mistakes and trying to preserve their reputation. I would recommend ordering from a different company. This one does not have its act together at all."
