"I was very impressed in the speed of shipment. My order was shipped quickly and tracking of the package was easy. The product ordered was exactly as it was advertised. "When I placed my order I paid for 2 day shipping. When I submitted my order I never was able to verify the shiping rate before my order was processed.My order was placed on a Monday and my 2 day arrival came on Friday. I spent 23 mintues on hold to reach customer service and never got through. I sent 2 emails and never had the problem addressed. The items weighed maybe 3 pounds, and the items cost $15.00. I was charged $35.00. My fifteen dollar order cost me $50.00. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! "

"AWFUL COMPANY-also wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a rocking horse for grandson, specifically from this company due to item advertized with picture and text description and paid over $200.00 because it was the horse I wanted. The horse I received was the same as the $118.00 horse I could have gotten at Walmart not the one they advertized and I paid extra for. When I tried to return, you must call the company first to get "RMA return merchandise authorization" I got a run around and was told about their disclaimer of not being responsible for manufatures changes in design, style etc. Then I was told that there would be a 15% restock fee. In addition, I have also already paid $33.00 in S/h and will have to pay at least $33.00 again to return. All this after I was sold a product that is different from the one they advertized.
I am currently waiting for a return call after the "supervisor" looks in to this matter further. I cannot return the horse without the "RMA" and cannot yet get a RMA number to return the horse. So far today I have spent hours of my time arguing with this company. Lastly, they will also not give the President's name or information and the manager they are getting "approval from" is in conference calls "all day" so is unable to talk to me on the phone. Tomorrow, if not resolved, complaints go out to the New York Att. General, as well as the AG in my state and reviews anywhere and everywhere else I can warn buyers!

"I ordered a Halloween costume last week and my card was promptly charged. I received my email order confirmation later that afternoon. I have been told several times the package is in transit, but they could not give me a tracking number. I asked why that wasn't sent to me via email and I was told they had an incorrect email address which was not true, since I had received the order confirmation email.
I have been toldseveral times the package was sent out on the 12th via usps. which is inaccurate because mail did not run on Columbus Day. Was finally given a tracking number this morning, which was not the entire tracking number. The CSR gave me only 6 digits of the number, instead of all the numbers.
I finally got a supervisor on the phone and she was able to track it down for me and I was told it left yesterday...although the tracking number isn't showing up on the usps website. I will give it till this afternoon to see if it updates and finds my package.
Customer service is not only hard to get a hold of, the people they have manning the phones do not seem to really know what they are doing.
Wish I had read customer reviews prior to ordering. I would have just made the drive down to NASA Space Center to purchase an astronaut costume from there.

"My wife ordered a baby costume from this company with plenty of time for them to ship it. Their website said that the item would process and ship within one (1) business day. My wife never received any emails from the company, no order status updates or anything. Ten (10) days later and the order was never even processed. When I tried to call to cancel the order (because it is impossible to cancel through their website), I waited on hold for at least 25 minutes.

This company is completely unacceptable!!! They should not advertise that the product will ship in one day if they can't get their act together to even process the order in ten days. I will NEVER order from this company nor the other 12 website companies with which they are affiliated.

www.futurememories.com has ruined my wife's first halloween experience with our 4 month old son.

If you actually want to receive your product in a normal amount of time, find another company. Future Memories will only cause you to waste time, lose time, and force you to scramble to find the product last minute.

"My wife placed an order with this store on the 17th of December, for a gift for our daughter. After no communication from the merchant my wife called and was told that part of her order was backordered. This issue was never communicated by the company, and the portion of the order that was backordered was cancelled and the remaining item was requested to be shipped overnight. Here we are on the 22nd and a shipping confirmation was finally located. They had shipped the item via ground and it appears that they have charged us for expedited shipping. Truly criminal if you ask me. Judging from the experience from the other rater, we will never be able to get ahold of these people and might as write off the loss. If you know what's good for you...don't purchase anything from this company"

"At first glance, this website seems like a reputable company. I placed an order on Wednesday December 5th. On Monday, I sent an email asking when I could expect to receive my product. A few days went by and I did not receive a reply. A week went by and I continued to check the status of my order, but I still did not have a tracking number. I had read on their website that some of their product comes from other stores and so it could take a while to receive a number. 2 1/2 weeks later I still had not received my product, when I checked the status of my order it had been cancelled. Not only did I not receive an email explaing why my order had been cancelled, when I called no one answered. I emailed them 3 days ago asking why my order was cancelled and they still have not replied. My Christmas gift will not be arriving and now I am forced to find a new gift at the last minute. Bottom line…this company is unorganized, does not care about the customer and a complete waste of time."
