"Should have come here and read all the reviews before I ordered through these scammers. 2 weeks and STILL no laptop!!!! E-mailed twice, no response, phoned twice hung up on both times. Finally got through once I pushed one to get to the sales department."

"My gosh I wish I had read all of this before I ordered from then!!! I ordered a laptop bag from them for a Christmas gift and my husband just went to use it and its too small for his needs. They refuse to take it back saying the 30 days expired on the return. Meanwhile I told them it was a Christmas gift... they didnt care. Crazy how bad the rest of the reviews are! Wish I had known! Meanwhile some guy named Richard there wouldnt let me talk to anyone else! Shady!!!"

"All of these reviewers are right, this is the worst company ever. I ordered 2 Nintendo DSI systems on 11/26/2010. A week or two later, nothing... I then checked my email, because I only give my junk email address and I had the email that says this item is shipped from the manufacturer and if I want it I need to respond to the email. Would I have ordered it if I didn't want it???? Anyway, I called them and their lady said that the manufacturer has discontinued the product. WTH? No the Nintendo DSI's are not discontinued. Don't ever order from this company."

"I had the same issues as many other reviewers. Placed order on 12/18 and received an email on 12/19/2010 saying the product would take 7-14 days since it came directly from the manufacturer. Received email on 1/2 saying the one piece they had was "defective" and was returned to manufacturer. Today is 1/10/2010 and have not received any other notifications so I canceled the order.

This company is a joke.

"Unfortunately like some people here, I wish I had done a bit more research about this company.

To start, their customer service is dismal, and filled with email responses containing improper spelling and grammatical mistakes.

I ordered something on Dec. 1, 2010, and now it's January 5th, 2011. They were not very direct when it came to answering questions about the delay, and so I eventually called the manufacturer of the item I ordered to see if they did any business with FuturePowerPC. As it turns out, they've never heard of them before. A rep from the manufacturer also called up FuturePowerPC and they weren't very keen on answering any of his questions.

The rep then informed me that their business may be shady at best, and then I promptly canceled my order. If they dare charge my credit card, I will take full legal action against them.

I would advise everyone that reads this to never do business with them. Not only that, but if you want to make sure they never take advantage of your information, call the number on your credit card and request that FuturePowerPC be blacklisted from your card.

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with an online reseller. Enough said.

"We ordered some speakers 8 DAYS ago and today we received an email saying they have just now sent the order to the manufacturer. So it hasn't even shipped yet. I wish I had read the reviews! In their email they said "Again, we apologize for the delay..." and I have no idea what they're talking about. They NEVER emailed me to tell me there would be a delay in the first place."

"Ordered an Archos 10.1 Internet Tablet on 12/30. After several days and no shipping update, I sent customer service a message through the website to inquire on my order on 1/3. No response was ever received. I found the phone number and called in on 1/5 which is when I was informed that the product was on backorder until January 15th. Note that the product page did not say that it was out of stock. The reason I chose this store in the first place was because it was one of the few stores where I could find the product in stock after the holidays."

"Never shipped product and no response to order status. On 12/9/10, I place a $341 order for Kofax Epress software. After 1 week, FuturePowerPC customer service said the item is shipping from the manufacturer. On week 2, they claimed it is still processing. Finally, after no one was answering their telephones for 2 days, I was able to cancel my order 12/28/10.

P.S. The customer service rep was rude and abrupt -even though I was pleasant after 3 weeks of non-shipment. They still show the Kofax Express as available on their shopping cart system.

"Do not shop with these people. We placed an order for Christmas on November 22, 2010 and we still haven't received our order!!! To make matters worse, after I placed the order they called and left a message on our answering machine asking if I wanted to place the order after I already placed the order! My husband heard the message and the surprise I had planned for him was ruined.

Terrible company to work with. I was lied to every time I tried to find out what was going on with my order. These guys suck ass!!

"Worst experience ever! Website allows you to submit order but it doesn’t provide accurate information whether they have item in stock or on back order. I placed an order on Nov 29th with an expadite and over a month later, my order is still pending because this company does not have a direct relationship with supplier. I was given a final date when the order was going to be fulfilled which has passed and as of this morning I canceled my order. I would be extremely cautious using this company."
