Excellent customer service

"Their customer service is incredible. When my order for a glass nose ring came and wasnt what I expected they worked very hard and even checked back up inventory to resolve my issue which was only a small color variance due to the fact that theyre hand blown glass and not at all the companys fault. For a piece of jewelry that only cost $10, they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I would definitely recommend this company. "

Great xmas presents!

Very helpful!

"I made a purchase with this company. I've had my nose ring since June and wanted to venture out a buy me a new ring. I came across fresh trends. I was pleased with their vast selection of different jewelry pieces. I placed my order. Got the email, and tracking info. My package made it all the way to the post office in my city. My tracking placed right at that location. I was supposed to receive it on the 17th of December. They showed that they received it on the15th. There has been no movement since then. The post office gave me the run around. I left a message and emailed fresh trends. I got a call back within 2 hours. They are sending me a new order, and it wasn't even their fault. He was very understanding and helpful. I will order again, and I will tell my friends about fresh trends. Thank you again fresh trends for helping me!"

Do not order from freshtrends!

"I never received my order so after a month of waiting, I emailed customer service only to be told that according to them it had been delivered and that they couldn't offer a refund or replacement. I did not receive my purchased jewellery, and the customer service was among some of the worst I've dealt with- no interest in helping me at all or offering a resolution. Do not order from fresh trends."

Don't buy from here

"I placed an order and never received my items. Rather than Freshtrends offering a refund or to replace the items they offer me a coupon code for 15 percent off. No attempts to resolve the matter, just send more money in, I don't think so. Take your coupon code and shove it, truly disappointed. I will not buy from here again. 30 dollars down the drain. Next step is contacting the BBB, this is ridiculous!"

Never again

"Theyre horrible!!! I thought I would give them another chance even after my first horrible experience, and yet again they screwed up! I placed an order on the 18 and still havent received it, I emailed customer service  (since that the only way I ever get a response) they had the never to have me confirm my address and then just barely sent it out the day I said something! Such bull crap, my address has been the same and Ive ordered from there before, so I know this is information they already have since I placed another order. I called and tried to get it pushed to priority mail, sent me to voice mail and still havent heard anything back! Will not be buy it from these incompetent people again "

Awful experience with FreshTrends

"I purchsed two 14K gold nose studs, one with a canary diamond, and the other with a black diamond.On the Fresh Trends webpage, their descriptions were “...Bezel Set 14K Yellow Gold Nose Stud - 2mm Canary Diamond” and “...2mm Black Diamond Bezel Set 14K Yellow Gold Nose Ring ...”.

Accordingly, both diamonds were supposed to measure 2 mm. I received two studs with completely different sizes of diamonds and bezels, so at least one of them cannot measure 2 mm. The canary diamond one I can’t even wear because it protrudes so much, it’s huge! I tried returning it, and their webpage provided me with a return merchandise authorization. Nevertheless, a few days later, my return was denied because the company does not accept returns for gold body jewelry.

What they did is send me a black diamond stud measuring 1.5 mm instead of 2 mm that I ordered and had paid for (by the way, the quality must have been really bad because the price suddenly dropped 50%). The yellow diamond piece I received is indeed 2 mm, which is why the bezel is larger. They also insisted that their jewelers measure the gems with extremely sensitive tools, but you don't even need a ruler to see that one is practically twice the size of the other.

The description of the products I purchased was inaccurate, they were misrepresented on the images, and the company takes zero responsibility. The return policy is misleading, and the customer service is not only slow to respond and not helpful at all, but also rude.

Oh, and the product reviews I tried writing on their webpage become mysteriously erased...

Terrible Customer Sevice

"So, I ordered from fresh trend on Nov 9 2015. The package was sent out on Nov 12. 3 days later it was in the city near where I live. The next day it was sent to MA, then up to Nashua, NH where it is still sitting. I emailed multiple times with the service manager. They told me it would be rerouted multiple times. Then they said it was either on its way to me or back to there business, which was a lie. On their website it said the order was complete, on the usps site it said it was in transit. I brought this up to the service manager Caroline and she said to call and track down my package myself. At this point I asked for a refund. It has been over 2 months and I should have recieved a refund or sent another package with my paid merchandise. I also brought that up to her and her reply was that she can't refund me since it is still in transit and never replied to resending the package. It still hasnt been resolved at this point. I have reported to Better Business Bureau, but this is ridiculous and I would never purchase from them again."

"I have countless emails of back and forth correspondence. One even stating my refund was overlooked. Their customer service team is horrible. Their inventory is bad as well. I was shipped the wrong size plugs and they would not provide a return envelope. I had to pay out pf pocket and they said they would reimburse. Lost in all the emails is that promise. Every time you send them a message it's replid by another person. They refunded the wrong amount of cash because they clearly can't do simple math. Buy from local jewelry shops!!! Do not do business with freshtrends!"

"I absolutely love this store. I have loads of piercings and always get my jewelry from Freshtrens.com. The price is incomparable to other store especially for the quality you get. "I ordered jewelry from this company almost 5 months ago and we have had nothing but problems. This was a small order and should have had a timely turn around with no issues. The shipping dates were vastly off from what they advertised on there website, taking almost 3 months to arrive. In addition to the turn around being absolutely unacceptable we had the jewelry finally show up damaged! This indicates to me that the staff DID NOT properly inspect the jewelry before sending it to the customer. Currently we have not received a refund or the jewelry and now they have us jumping through more hoops, signing additional forms and testifying that the jewelry was lost by UPS in the mail, of which I highly doubt happened, more likely it is the negligence of the staff.

Support your local piercing shop even if it costs more, don't buy from the NOT so FRESH freshtrends.com

"I bought from this horrible website, and I also purchased insurance. Sure enough, either my package was misdelivered to a different address or it was lost/stolen. When I filed a claim (which by the way started in November and ended in May) they pointed the finger at the UPS for misdelivery, and UPS said it is the website's responsibility to reship the package because I had the insurance through them. I ended up giving up on getting the product or my money back in May. There are several people that have also had a similar experience. Buyers Beware!
