"Marcus, I know you said that you would be happy if I just took the time to write an honest review for you guys but good work deserves recognition and reward. Ive shopped with freshtrends a maybe a half dozen times now in just as many months, there has been some kind of issue at least half of those times (a piece of jewelry i received was wrong, a piece i ordered was out of stock, i ordered the wrong size by mistake, etc.)

Each time there was an issue, I called or emailed freshtrends and got a very quick and more than satisfying resolution from the customer service manager, Marcus. I know some of the issues were my fault, but some of them weren't. If it wasn't for Marcus being so great at keeping customers happy, I would've taken my business elsewhere by now. But because I do love FTs selection and prices and mainly because I know Marcus will be there if I need help, I will continue to shop with you guys and recommend you to all my friends and family. "I ordered last May (2016). Loved my bars, wear them always. Well, the other day, one of the opals split out of no where. Sent an email to see about getting a replacement for the opal part (screws on end of bar). Well, Marcus got right back to me, and explained they have changed how they manufacturer these. "Faulty item. 3 months for refund and didnt refund the return shipping.

I purchased a rose gold tongue bar from freshtrends. The item arrived faulty. I was advised by Marcus at Freshtrends that theyre unable to send me a return mail package and when its returned a new item will be made and ill be refunded $15 for return postage.

I sent the item via return postage registered post. They claimed to not have received it as usps didnt update their tracking records. It wasnt until a lot of backwards and forwards emails and evidence of it being received sent to a paypal claim that i was acknowledged.

I was told my replacement item was being made only to then have them cancel it and issue a refund.

This was 3 months after the initial purchase.

I am still to be refunded the return shipping costs and freshtrends continue to ignore.

DO NOT BUY FROM FRESHTRENDS BUYERS BEWARE

"I had an issue with deciding what I needed to order for my daughters lip piercing. Even though FreshTrends was unable to work from their office due to Hurricane Irma, their wonderful customer service agent, Markus, called me from his cellphone to help me out. I have ordered from FreshTrends many times in the past 3 or 4 years and have never had any problems. Im sure sometimes mistakes can be made because we are all human, but I simply do not believe most of the complaints I see here. I messaged them and their customer service was above and beyond. They're sending me a replacement w/o making me go through the trouble of sending the other one back. "I purchased a rose gold nose ring for almost $30.00 (it was on sale). I placed the order after hours and immediately realized it wasn't yellow gold. I sent them an email right away, but when I got the response after 11 the next day, I was told it had already shipped. It arrived today and I was so disappointed. I realize the photos are zoomed in, but I never expected what I received. The nose ring was a braided design but it was as thin as a wire for a hoop earring. I attempted to reach customer service to find out what the restocking fee would be to return it since it depends on the item. Instead I got voicemail and no one called me back. I figured by the time I paid for shipping and restocking it wouldn't be worth it so I decided to just chock it up to a loss. The wire is so thin, you can barely see it when I put it on. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again."
