"I ordered on January 18th which was a weekend. I accidentally removed an item from my order so I called them that Monday to see if they could add it before my order shipped. A guy answered their phone line in a rude manner and told me it had already shipped and that it wouldn't be possible, that was not the truth. I called back to ask if I could get a courtesy of free shipping for the removed items, he said no and then hung up on me. I tried to call back and he wouldn't answer anymore of my calls. I then looked at the reviews of this place and saw the horror stories. I began to chalk it up as a lost when a week went by and no arrival or tracking info was available for my order. I kept watch on my card activity to make sure they didn't take anymore funds from my account, they didn't. So today, on the 31st, after I had come to the conclusion that I took a lost, the package arrives. The items were what I ordered and seem to be genuine. 3-5 day shipping was extended to 13 days, and the customer service is horrible, but the company is real."
"I ordered my tea from them. I received a tracking code the following day, but after two weeks, FedEx tracking still shows only that a label was created, but no product shipped. I emailed the company three times, and after several days finally got a short email that said "your package will arrive next week". That was it. Currently disputing charges with my credit card."

"This company is a scam. I had to give them one star otherwise I wouldn't be able to write a review. I paid $20 for a vitamin that I did not even order. I emailed the company and they asked me am I sure they were the company that sent me the vitamin? Now I'm stuck with this vitamin that I don't want and I can't get a response from anybody. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not order anything from them you will be stuck with something you don't want and you will have to pay for it anyways. They are thieves."
"They sent me the wrong mg of the vitamin I ordered. I notified them and they barely message you back over the coarse of a week it took me to get small messages back. They wanted me to pay to send them back the wrong bottle and then I guess they didn’t say if they would send the correct one. It was there mistake and they really weren’t willing to make it right. When I said this isn’t right that I have to pay postage I never got a response. I guess I am stuck with a vitamin I can’t take because it’s double what I’m supposed to take "
"I wouldn't buy from this company again. They had a buy one get one free sale and I had to wait for the product about a month before I got it and yet they charged me right away. But they were still advertising the product. I had to call them and tell them whey are they doing that, that they should say the product is out of stock. Then when they finally shipped the product, the free product was missing so I had to contact them again. And I can never access my account. There's always a problem."
"This is a company out of china with a warehouse in MI. Many of the product are fakes...ie: they steal packaging design from manufacturers and sell inferior and fake products. This hurts the manufacturers and US economy. They also fake "undeliverable packages" when they discover they can raise the price of products. I have checked several manufacturers of products they sell and found that they are NOT legitimate distributors of the products."
