I ordered in the middle of March and have contacted numerous times over 10 emails 10 messages left and also spoke with some gentlemen that was very rude. they placed a fake shipping number on my account and said it was shipped out but nothing was sent. There is a small line of text at the top of their website that says that they are behind due to covid. This isn't large text, bold text or anything flagged, it is easily missed. They said they would refund my money. We shall see if they will.

"Found Wedderspoon Manuka Honey Drops on this website. Was the most reasonable from all other websites that carry the product. In addition this website has both flavors that I was looking for. So, ordered 10 Ginger and 10 Eucaliptus flavor on the 10th of January. Products arrived 3 weeks later on 2/3/2020. I am totally happy with this. I did not need and was not expecting fast delivery. The main thing that they are delivered, and they are genuine product. Am happy with website, and will continue to order keeping in mind one month delivery timeframe. The US customer service I think is a warehouse person, not really a customer service proff.. so I didnt expect anything fancy.
