"Ordered two bottles of probiotics capsules. Shipment came two weeks later and in broken condition. Highly flimsy packaging. One of the bottles was broken into pieces and the capsules had spread all over the inside of the shipment package. Contacted the seller and there was no response. 3 emails and more than 1 month later, still nothing. Such pathetic ethics and extremely poor service. Wasted my money and more importantly, my time. Stay away for this horrible company.
Update: total crooks! After complaining to the BBB, they responded with a fake "refund page" link that doesn't work. I immediately emailed back saying it doesn't work. 2 more weeks have passed and still no resolution. Original order placed on 7 April 2020. It is now 17 June 2020 and the issue is still not resolved."

Never answered the phone, then the website says they have closed their phone center. BBB shows they only have two employees. So what phone center? They never respond to emails either. "

"Placed an order on April 9, 2020. Credit card was charged on April 14, 2020, and the same date email came stated that the order was shipped by FedEx. Since April 14 (supposedly when the order was shipped) until today, April 25, 2020, the status on the FedEx Tracking Website displays the message that the package is not in the FedEx possession yet, and no further information is available for this shipment, except that the shipping label was created by the shipper on April 14.
Called a few times FreshHealthNutrition.com phone number, but only heard the outgoing message with no option of leaving a message for the company representative.
Sent 2 emails to the company, but never heard back from them.
Going to wait for another week, and then will be contacting my credit card company to open a dispute, since I have a feeling that I will never get my order from FreshHealthNutrition.com
I think that one star rating is too much for them; they don't deserve any!!!"
"I ordered from this company on March 26, 2020. On March 27, 2020, I received an email stating that my order has been shipped. I emailed on April 7, 2020 and received no response. I was able to get someone on the phone that told me that my order was shipped on April 1, 2020. Today is April 25, 2020 and I have no package. I send another email on April 21, 2020 and I have yet to hear back. Complete rip off. I will be contacting the BBB on Monday. Either send me my product or run me back my money. I will never order from this company again. Their communication is nonexistent. "
"Extremely slow in processing an order and then actually getting it picked up by the P.O. On the sixth day (6) from placing my order, I finally got a USPS notice that a label had been -printed- along with a P.O. tracking #.
In checking the order via the tracking, it was another three days before it finally showed the order had been recv'd. by the P.O.
NINE (9) days after our order was placed before it finally got to a P.O. for shipping.
These people are terribly slow motion in running their business. This one and first order with them will without question be our last!

"My order from FHN was ordered on March 26. On March 27, 2020, the amount was deducted from my bank.
It has now been 4 weeks since ordering, but nothing has been received.
On April 10, 2020, I webmailed via FHN's website an inquiry as to what happened to my order, but received no reply.
On April 14, 2020, I received an email from FHN (below) stating that the order had been "shipped."
It is now April 23, 2020, and still no order has been received.
When the tracking number is entered into the USPS site, the latest entry was made on March 27, 2020, and that the "acceptance of the package is pending."
Given all the previous reviews, it is obvious that this business is engaged in online financial fraud.
I just discovered ResellerRatings.com today; wish I'd known about it before ordering. Will check it for future orders from now on!
