"I have ordered from this supplier before and placed a re-order. The wrong item got placed on order and shipped without me knowing how that could happen since i had never even researched the wrong item. I paid $9.95 shipping charges to ship to me and $19.93 to return the item i did not order according to their return instructions! They did give me as $52.04 credit which gave me a net of $22.16 after shipping charges. They only give you a few days to return a item and even though sick, I took it to Fed ex to return with proper information inside.. all according to their instructions. It wasn't worth going out sick. I REPEAT-- THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT-- NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS ==NOT MY KIND OF BUSINESS TO PATRONIZE!!"

What is important to mention here however is that FiltersFast DOES NOT do the old “bait and switch,” where a lesser quality, (typically a house brand,) item is swapped with what you actually ordered. "I ordered Air Filters that were 22" high by 34" wide by 1" deep. They sent in two filters that are held together with masking tape instead of one filter 34" wide. Being together with masking tape created a 3" X 22" dead space in the filter. I called up for a return authorization aqnd spoke to a person about returning the product. I was put on hold for twenty minutes and then was hung up on."

"I reviewed an air bear purchase after receiving them damaged. Filters fast responded quickly with a replacement that arrived in perfect shape. There was a miscommunication on my part that resulted a replacement of 1 and not 3 as the purchase was a 3 pack.
With a very busy coupe of weeks for me I chose not to try to request the others or review but did review after a couple of offers to do so. They obviously read the review as two more filters arrived as a replacement for the others. The two things that are obvious from my experience is that Filtersfast is dedicated to great service but also cares what people think by encouraging reviews-
