"I have been ordering a water filter for our refrigerator from Filters Fast for quite a while. Up until now there had never been a problem with the product. For some reason FF doesn't offer the same filter any more so I had to order another supplier's filter. When I received it and tried to install it, the filter would insert just fine but it would not rotate into a locked position to filter water. I contacted FF and they said that they would credit my account and there was no need to return the filter. So, I ordered the other supplier that FF displayed on their web page. When it arrived, it didn't work either. I examined the tip and noticed that the locking tab on my current FF filter had a notch near the end. I examined the new filter and this notch is missing. I called to explain what the problem was and the girl wasn't very helpful and told me that I had to return the filter at my expense to get a refund."

This past order was less satisfactory. 5 items were ordered. There were 4 separate boxes used to ship 4 items. The shipping could have easily been done in 1 box or 2 boxes. Each box received arrived on a different day. I'm still missing part of the order. Customer Service assures me that a reorder will be entered. Of the deliveries received, the products were correct, but the shipping could have been better."
