Everything went smoothly. I would only ad that some customers may not be aware that the shipper
is a curb drop and that they have to plan accordingly. Boxes of flooring are around 60 lbs and so
if average bedroom is 250 sq then you are looking at carrying 14 or so 60 lb 8 ft boxes. You want the wood in
the same humidity as the install room for several days prior so it has to be moved indoors.

"I want to provide high praise for FastFloors and especially for my consultant Clayton McNulty. Here are the things that impressed me the most:

PRICE--I did considerable research both with local stores (within a 50 mi radius) and online. No one could beat the price for the flooring tile I ordered!

PRODUCT VARIETY--I found more variety with FastFloors than anywhere else I looked. It was overwhelming at first to see all the ceramic flooring possibilities, but I quickly learned how to search the site and determine the product I wanted.

CONSULTANT--Clayton McNulty worked with me to develop the original order and then again when I had to order more bullnosing (we underestimated what we needed!). Clayton is what a front-end consumer consultant should be! He is extremely knowledgeable about his company and its products. He knew how to research with me to find the product that met our needs. I was very impressed with his friendliness and his social and speaking skills. Even though I am sure he knows infinitely more than I do about flooring products, I never felt he talked down to me. He also did not bad mouth other companies and products, something that is very important to me (it's an Iowa thing, I think!). I wish other companies would understand that it is people such as Clayton that make a company outstanding!!

DELIVERY--The order shipped and was received as promised. I had read the instructions on inspecting and accepting products. All boxes arrived and none of the content (fragile mosaic tile) was damaged. The driver was friendly and accomodating.

PRODUCT--This product, Interceramic Slate Supremo Multicolor Mosaic, looks GREAT on the floor of our atrium. It is a thick and durable ceramic. The complex pattern fit together beautifully! As soon as the installation is complete (after the extra bullnose arrives), I plan to send a photo of it with a thank you note to Clayton!"

He was responsive and tenacious in finding what I wanted when other said it was on backorder for 4 months! "We ordered our flooring 2/20/19 and were told we would receive our product in 5 - 7 business days. When no email or communication was received about delivery, I called Fastfloors. I was told that there was a change in location from where our product was being shipped from AND we were going to have to pay MORE for shipping. We got Fastfloors to agree to not increase the shipping fees, BUT we didn't receive our product UNTIL 3/22/19 (over 4 weeks!!!!). PLUS, we even had to go to the warehouse in our city to go pick it up because if didn't, it would have been another 3 days. Our job couldn't wait that long!!! Way to many other flooring companys out there! Stay away from Fastfloors.com!!! I am sure I am going to have fight for my rebate too!

UPDATE 4/23/19: Greg from Fastfloors did read my review and contacted me to discuss the issue. He made sure we received our rebate (+ a little extra for delivery issues) in a timely manner. "

"We never imagined we would buy floors on the Internet. Our neighbor did their house with the fastfloors. We ordered wood floors from Kahrs for three rooms and also got tile for our bathrooms. The orders were delivered separately and their people advised us about both of the deliveries. "Make sure to check the product before the driver leaves or you will likely not get your money back. We had to push pretty hard to get a refund for damaged product that should have been packaged better and handled better by the carrier. In the end, we were refunded but it was not easy.
