"I recently ordered 1300 sq feet of flooring from FastFloors. They went above and beyond the normal standards for providing assistance. My order was held up due to one piece of trim that was backordered. I was notified that my shipment was not shipping on the scheduled date, when I called they explained the backorder situation to me, and when I explained that I had people coming to lay the flooring before the expected backorder could ship, the customer service representative had my order shipped that day and the shipped the back order two days later all with free shipping. I have never ordered flooring online before and I was understandably nervous. The customer service representatives were excellent at working with me. They took the time to go over the warranty, what to expect with shipping, and answered any questions that I had. The packaging for the shipping was fantastic. My order arrived on time, with the exception of the back ordered piece, it was all correct, no damaged or missing pieces. The price was fantastic, the quality of the flooring was top notch. "Our son is completely remodeling an older house and required 4000sq.ft. of hardwood flooring. Mom, being retired, was commissioned to research to find the best price/company. He also was on a timetable as he had help with vacation time. After several calls to Brian, the order was placed. Brian actually called the mill to guarantee the timetable for the shipment.
When the time arrived, we decided it would be easier to pick up the load from the local trucking company terminal. With Brian's help, again, this was facilitated.
Then we began installing the flooring and we were amazed at the quality. Width consistency, straightness, and almost no imperfections made for easy installation. The size and weight of the bundles were very manageable. This flooring is gorgeous!!

“We always do our very best to be as specific and detailed as possible as to how our products are delivered. We send out a detailed delivery checklist on two separate occasions, once when the order is placed and once when it ships. This checklist explains how to inspect an order when it arrives to check for damaged or missing items. It explains that no claims can be filed unless notations are made at the time of the delivery. In this case nothing was noted. We explained this to the customer and the customer paid for the missing items, in this case molding pieces to be reshipped at a total cost of approximately $88. The customer received the replacement items then disputed the charges. Rather then argue over a small amount of money, we advised the credit card company to give the customer the money back essentially as a full credit. We contacted the customer after this negative review was posted and explained that she did in fact receive a full credit. The customer agreed to remove the negative credit but has yet to do so. Regarding the adhesive for stair nosing, there is no adhesive required for stair nosing, none that we sell. This is a common liquid nail type material that is supplied by the installer. We of course do not do installation we are strictly wholesalers. While we do apologize we could not completely satisfy this customer, we did make every effort to explain the procedures and handle the order correctly. Even with this in mind we also made sure the customer received a credit, a credit that was not due. There would be nothing further we can do for the customer at this time. ”
"On May 8th I ordered Tarkett Laminate flooring from them. They IMMEDIATELY charged the card. That's not normal operating procedures for a reputable business, normally your card isn't charged till product is shipped. On May 11th they send an email saying they don't even have the product and it has to be brought in from Pennsylvania to their warehouse and it would take 7-10 business days. Today is May 25th and we are beyond the 10 day time frame they gave for the product to arrive at their warehouse then ship to me. Needless to say, the stress and aggravation of the delay of this shipment is NOT worth the few hundred dollars in savings. The delay is holding everything up regarding appliance install, etc. I will NEVER order from them again and I would recommend you think about your peace of mind as a homeowner and just shop local. I have no idea when I will even receive the flooring and I'm just so stressed and frustrated at this point. I am scared too that the whole order won't even come or there will be damage to the boxes.

"I had a very positive experience with Fast Floors. Their sales reps are very professional and courteous. I placed my order on April 20th and received it April 26th. I was in a rush to get my order as the other company I went through at first was not able to fulfill my order. Fast Floors got my order delivered quickly and no damage occured.
I also had a great experience with customer service. Since I was in a rush and because of what happened on my previous order with the other company I was constantly calling checking on my order. Everyone is customer service was great to me and assured me of my delivery. Once I got tracking I felt much better.
The delivery process was very smooth. The driver came in the time frame he told me and was able to off load it from his truck.
