"terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!!!

I will NEVER order from this site again. I ordered a pair of pants in a size L on December 5 and received them on December 17th. However, when I opened the package, they were a size XL and when I say EXTRA, boy is that EXTRA. They would have been big on a GIANT. Seriously, I could fit both of my legs into one pant leg. They were ordered for my 14 year old son, who though he is 6 foot tall is very slender. He would have swam in them.

I was not able to log into the website to track the order, but looking at the receipt I printed I noticed that my e-mail was not correct, so that was surely why. I immediately contacted the company, and was assured that if I would send them back they would send the correct size as soon as possible. I did as instructed and returned the pants. I was told that my e-mail was corrected and I would receive an e-mail when they shipped. They would not guarantee Christmas delivery, but the item would ship as soon as possible. This was handled by their CHAT feature on the website, and i printed the transcript.

I called the very next day, because I realized that I had them shipped to my WORK address, and the school I work at would be CLOSED over the holidays. I wanted to request that they ship them to my HOME address so that I could receive them, AND hopefully have them in time for Christmas. I again reiterated that my e-mail was incorrect. This time, since I was on the phone with A REAL LIVE PERSON I trusted that when she assured me she corrected the e-mail that she had. I also again requested that the pants be shipped to my HOME address, which she correctly read back to me. She told me she expected they would ship out the next day which was December 19th.

Well...here we are January 5th and I have not received the pants. I have not received an e-mail from the company, and I have not received a refund on my credit card. I contacted them again today and guess what...they WERE shipped on December 19th....to my WORK address. My e-mail is STILL wrong on their system. I was at least able to get an order number and tracking number from the customer service rep this time. FedEx had been trying to deliver EVERY DAY over the break to the school where i work that was CLOSED for the holiday. This is exactly WHY I requested that they would be shipped home.

For my inconvenience, she offered me a $10 credit toward a FUTURE purchase. Why not a 10$ REFUND on what I paid?!?! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this site again. I am so very disappointed. The Customer Service reps were helpful and polite, but seriously - RIDCULOUS

"Worst customer service on the planet. Shipped by smart post, have no idea when package will arrive. Ordered on Dec. 16th and still do not have package on Dec. 27th. FansEdge sucks. Never have gotten a email invoice, but the card was charged on the day the order was placed.

"Same story as many reviewers on here. FansEdge.com offered free shipping on orders over $50 and delivery by 12/24/14 if the order was placed by 12/16, so I did it. Still waiting for my merchandise and just did the online chat with one of their customer service reps who said "We had over 250,000 orders that day. We tried." Not my problem and probably the lamest customer service response I've received. I told her I know it's not her fault personally, but to please let management know not to make offers they can't deliver on. She didn't apologize and made no offer for my next order (free shipping, % off, etc.) to keep my business. Supposedly getting my merchandise today 12/26. Will never order from this site again. "

"I bought some gifts for Christmas and was promised delivery before Christmas Eve. Well I decided to track my package yesterday to see where it was - and the tracking number was Invalid! I called FedEx and they did not have anything for me in their system. I called FansEdge customer service and I was told immediately that the package was lost. It was like they already knew this. Maybe they did because many other packages are either lost or not even sent! The most sad and ?#?disappointing? thing is that it seems like they did not care. I asked to speak to a manager, waited over 30 minutes, and then was told he was still on a call regarding another issue. The rep said I could try to call back and ask for another manager. I wasn't even offered a call back. I then asked the rep to look for another manager, she said they have about 20 other managers, but they were all on calls. What a surprise I thought! She said she couldn't get up from her desk to see if anyone was available and had to IM a whole chat group. I asked her to send an IM to all requesting someone call me back. No one called me! All I got was
an email apologizing and offering me a $10 credit for next time. Really? The gifts will not arrive until after Christmas, if the package is not lost. I really don't even trust that because of all the reviews I have read online about this company. Rating 1.25/10 based on the most recent 16 reviews 41 reviews

To ALL: Leason Learned. Next time you decide to order something online, do some researching on the company and look at the reviews. Maybe this company is legit, but how they handled my situation is horrible, in my opinion.

"Customer Service was very poor, kept going in circles. Shipping was a joke, I ordered a an item during the holidays and it had come past Christmas ( not as advertised). I received a discount code for $15 credit plus free 3 day shipping because of the inconvenience. I ordered 2 more items, in hopes that I would have a better experience. I recieved my items a 11 days from my order date. "3 day shipping" my ass. It ruined my plans for a gift I was giving, and was a horrible experience trying to receive my items. They were no help and they have lost my business forever. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you do so MONTHS in ADVANCE. "

"They used FedEx Smartpost for shipping a shirt that weighs 1/2 pound. Took 12 days to got from Florida to Texas. Shirt is fine. A little pricey but it's a quality shirt. But the shipping was a joke. Why do companies continue to use FedEx Smartpost? Just use FedEx, or UPS, or USPS, but not FedEx Smartpost. This is the third company that I experienced FedEx Smartpost and all three times it took forever."

"This place is a total joke. I ordered some items for my kids for Christmas on December 2nd. Finally received a notification that they shipped on December 8th. When I tried to track the package, the package could not be tracked, so I started calling and emailing the company. I could not get through and got NO RESPONSE. So yesterday, December 18th, I tried their live chat function, had to wait over a half hour, but finally got through to someone. However, not only could they not locate the package, but the items I had ordered were now out of stock. This morning I got a notification that they processed a refund, but it was not for the full amount. What the hell kind of business is this? "

"I spoke to a rep before ordering my item. They confirmed it was in stock. Then after a few days I followed up and they said its in stock and processing. And then I confirmed a few days later and they said that it'll be shipping by Tuesday December 16. Nothing. So I followed up again and was told it was delayed but I'll have it by the end of the week... Then I randomly got a refund. No email. So I follow up again and they say it was canceled because it was out of stock. Perfect timing right before Christmas. WORST COMPANY EVER!"

"Horrible customer service!! Placed an order, was supposed to have FREE shipping. After order was placed I realized they charged me 4.99. After calling in and talking to customer service they claim Under Armour is excluded from free shipping! I said cancel my order and then tells me it will take 2-10 business days to refund me! No excuse, they take money out immediately but up to 10 days to refund? "

"Horrible service. Ordered a men's zip u-up hoodie. It arrived rolled up in a ball, which I thought was odd. Also, I was not zipped up when I took it out of the packaging, also odd.

Well the piece of crap could not zip up because it was missing the bottom part of the zipper. Shouldn't someone have checked to see if the thing could zip up before sending to a customer? Or worse yet, they knew it was broken and sent it anyway. I will never do business with this company again. Beware!

"Ordered 4 hoodies on a Monday, paid for 2 day delivery and just rcvd notification we won't be getting these hoodies until the 5th business day. Told this is in FedEx's hands, advised they didn't ship with FedEx until the 3rd business, he didn't have much to say about this except offer us the shipping cost back. Doesn't help us at this point as we were headed to the championship game on Friday evening. We won't be ordering from this site again!"
