"No exaggeration to say this is literally the WORST company I've ever ordered from. Absolutely unprofessional - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I repeat, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. When my order arrived late, one of the items was missing. Then to actually get the item I already PAID for, and should have received, I spent a total of 3+ hours speaking with 5 different customer service reps, each time asking for a manager, and one was never produced. I don't believe mangers to exist at this company, which explains a lot. Each of the 5 different reps gave me a different story on the missing item, and then finally reshipped the missing item to the WRONG address. Their absolute unwillingness to right their wrong is disgusting. Hopefully it runs itself out of business soon. "

"Wish I had seen the reviews before I placed an order with FansEdge! Ordered on 12/01/15, then could not track my order using the order number. Finally called on 12/12, waited 28 minutes for a customer service rep, then he promptly disconnected us. After much searching on their website, I was able to reach an customer service rep via "live chat". That took 15 minutes. I was told it was a FedEx delay, and my package would arrive around 12/18. Too late to ship it with my son's other Christmas gifts. I believe the jacket had not even been shipped yet, but they would not allow me to cancel order. Very disappointed!"

"Ordered over $600 worth of merchandise for an upcoming trip to a College Football game with delivery to Canada. According to the tracking, four days after placing my order my order had made its way across the border into Canada, which was a good sign. However, once this happened the shipping of my order did not progress any further.

Reached out several times to their Customer Service concerned about the shipping on my order, but they kept telling me to just wait, as their site advertised it would take up to 10 business days from the order date to arrive. 10 business days pass, and still hasn't moved. Tried many times to get an answer on what happened to my order, but their customer service team kept dodging my question and asking if they could re-ship it for me. The trip was approaching too quickly to trust these numskulls to ship my order again, so I asked for a full refund. This is the only thing they were able to do properly.

I left 17 business days between the date of my order and the date I needed the merchandise delivered to me. Apparently "5-10 business days" is a rough guideline for their shipping to Canada and nothing more. They would rather admit defeat and refund me than make a single ounce of effort to locate my original large order, which they apparently lost somehow. Don't fall for this site and their constant "Flash Sales", it's not worth the customer service headache, particularly if you're outside of the United States.

"I bought a long sleeved shirt for my wife on a Sunday, because we were going to the game the following Saturday. We haven't been to a game together for 4 years as we have a young son. Anyway, I even upgraded the shipping to the 2 day option. Paying almost as much for shipping as I had for the shirt. Long story short the shirt didn't arrive before we left for the game, so we had to delay our plans as I was running around Atlanta looking and buying another GA Southern shirt for my wife to wear for the game. I thought I would save some time and order it online. Now I wish I would have just went to the store. Their shipping method is such bs and I probably won't be able to get any of my money back. Don't shop at Fans Edge."

Might as well just pay the extra $2 or $3 bucks and buy from somewhere else.

"I should have come here first before ordering....my mistake. This place sucks. I placed an order on Sept 6th. Priority shipping. Money was withdrawn from my account two days later. Today is Sept 16th and the order has yet to ship. We were given a tracking number and sent an e-mail that said it was shipping. We were ordering spirit items to wear to a college game my son was playing in and thought we would give them plenty of time. It looks like not enough. Today, by the chat, (which is the only way you can contact someone "live", but don't bother, they know nothing more than you can find out on the website) they offered to reprocess the order , (which will take 2-3 business days), so much for having things by the ball game this weekend. I guess 2 weeks leeway to receive items isn't enough time frame for them to complete their job. My guess is they collect your money and then go "buy" your items from another website that is cheaper and then send it to you, taking the margin. No warehouse, nothing....just my guess. What a schlock operation. Save your money and go to a more reputable firm. Do not be stupid and ignore these ratings. They're here for a reason."

"Placed my order with 3 day shipping yet 14 days later, still no order. They pawned the FedEx order off the parcel post to save money. Emailed customer service about my order and the response was 'if it says it was shipped, then it was shipped'.
I will never order from here again and I suggest if you're reading this, you don't either.

"I am so upset I searched for a place to vent my frustration!!! I placed an order on Aug. 30th on Sept. 2nd I called to let them know there was a typo on the p.o. box. They changed it. I called FansEdge and FedEx on the 3rd to make sure that the address was correct. They both confirmed that the item was shipped to the correct address on the 4th, expected delivery on the 9th. On the ninth no product. I go to FedEx's website to see if they changed the delivery date and to my surprise find that it was sent back to FansEdge at their request. So I call asking why would they not deliver? Then I asked for my money. They said not until we receive the product back. It is 9/14, still no money returned. What is going on? Why haven't they returned my money? It isn't like I didn't want the product. They failed to deliver. After waiting 30 min. to speak with a supervisor I get a "request for money refund" sent in by him. Big whup. I can't believe this. Oh...and he is telling me that they do deliver to P.O. Boxes. So????? REally upset. At the end of our call he tells me that I should see a refund in the next 24 - 48 hrs. I bet they will have the package by then and it really didn't matter that I made the phone call. No explanation as to why I didn't get the items delivered, or why it takes so long to get money back when the item never left Fed Ex's care."

"I ordered a couple light weight shirts to take on a vacation in the Midwest but they were not shipped as promised and still aren't here. I'm leaving tomorrow without them, even though they were ordered 2 weeks ago! Asked for a refund but I won't get it until the long-lost order arrives. Now I'll be spending some vacation money to replace them. I tried to get a refund but even the online chat service was incredibly slooooow and frustratingly unhelpful. Don't give your business to a company that lies to get your money and then won't refund it when there's a problem. There are plenty of reputable tshirt companies to choose instead!"

"After performing an online search for a sports item I went to their site. They presented a sale price on an autographed item. When I went to purchase the item the full price was listed in the cart. After contacting them I was told that the sale had ended, however when looking at their site they have this regarding the sale: "Offer expires 6/13/15 at 6:00 AM ET." As such I would say buyer beware."

"TERRIBLE! I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was the purchaser. I did read the return policy before I ordered and it states a total refund if not happy. The small was either made wrong or poorly because the sleeves came halfway up my daughters arms. The medium was swimming on her but she opted to keep the medium and I returned the two small shirts. After returning the shirts (and them acknowledging receipt of same) I am not being told I can only get a store credit because it was a gift. I explained I am the purchaser not the recipient. I showed them their return policy. Nothing. To boot ~ they don't even have the shirts that my daughter wanted in a medium. I will never purchase anything from this company again."

"I had a gift for Christmas returned do size issues, was unaware until I received an email about refund. I called customer service and within 10 min they reordered the size and changed from a women's to a men for me. (Women's run a little small) And shipped to address of the gift receiver. GREAT CUSTOMER service."
