I found a tag that stated the filters needed to be for a Honeywell. I do not know why the installers put in a Honeywell filter system for a Goodman furnace. I contacted Factory Direct and they sent return slips for the Goodman filters at no cost and are sending the new filters, also at no cost, even though it was my fault. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The first filters they sent were well made and high quality. I'm sure the replacements will be the same. "
