Long shipping wait

"The prices are higher than expected after getting the membership. Shipping takes quite a while, up to 2 weeks! My package just keeps getting delayed and now tracking information won’t open from the link my email provided from fabletics. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other options out there. "

There needs to be an easier way to cancel membership.

Monthly membership is too expensive for the options

"The credit is costing $60 but there is very little to choose from in that price range so that you feel like you got your $$ worth. Since its only 1 item I dont get what I want because its only line $20-$40. Im better off to skip the month and just pay for the items I want. "

Stuck with member credits

"Not worth the membership! If you ever miss a month of “skipping” you are stuck with a VIP credit. You can redeem the credit but not based on the purchase amount. So you may end up way overpaying for an item that is on sale and then expect to pay taxes on the items as well. The material quality is no where near what it use to be. I have to use up these credits before I can cancel "

"Have no idea I got charges ~$1,000 on a subscription I have no idea about. I don’t remember signing up for a membership nor was there any email throughout the past year and so about how I am paying for this or getting the credits."

Bad experience

"I was a VIP member for 3 months before i noticed it was costing me 60 dollar`s a month for nothing, I wasn't shopping. Then when i wanted to cancel, it was difficult, I asked how to use my credits, I was not informed that I should use them before I cancel . I didn't so when I went to use them, for my 180 (3 credits), I was only able to purchase two pair of underwear and a pair of short.

I will inform everyone I know about fabletics about my bad experience.
