Deceptive Marketing

"I canceled my subscription, but am still worried that they'll try to charge me. I wish I never ordered from them. The scrubs were not good quality, and didn't have any stretch."

Great for the most part.

"I use both the Fabletics app and the webpage. They're both simple to use. I have quite a few pieces from Fabletics and Yitty. I love the items. My only real complaint is that I wish there were more bundle deals to use my VIP credit on.

Unreasonable wait times

"I called to address an issue over the phone and there were 29 or so callers before me. There’s really that many people with problems? Red flag! I don’t appreciate having paused my “membership” to get charged without notice before you charge me."

Finding available sizes

"I have a hard time finding either Medium or Large when I browse your site for products. Looked for a sportsbra, size Large the other day, and almost every item I considered had size L crossed out - not avail! many other sizes were NOT avail , as in all sizes crossed out. I had to keep clicking to finally find a style that you actually had in Med or Large. That is frustrating , and it was early in the month. I called your Cust Service recently and stated the same thing , and was told that you have more inventory in the first 2 weeks of the month and I should try again then. I finally found 2 sports bras that were avail in size L and ordered 1 of them. found this issue with leggings too a couple months ago. However, found this challenging enough that was not inclined to return. I am a Loyalty member but considering canceling my membership. "

Awful Site

"I've never been so pressured to quickly make a purchase without thinking it through. There's a great deal when you first visit the site that they immediately put a timer on, which they stressfully display for you while you shop. They funnel you into their monthly membership program, which is so wasteful and predatory. Who needs new leggings every month? It's obviously set up to take advantage of those who don't stay on top of it, only allowing you between the first and 5th of each month to "skip" that month before being charged $60. I immediately tried to cancel my membership after my first order, which they claim is easy to do, but I could not easily find a way to do so on their website. I wish their leggings didn't fit me so well, I'd never shop with them otherwise."

Hidden renewal for VIP

"I love how I got charged $60 without knowing just to be forced to order $19 shorts. Will not order from here again knowing they keep my card on file just to blindly add you to a monthly membership I did not sign up for. And the only way to cancel is by calling them. "
