"Your website design is poor in my opinion. After I put items in my cart I was able to move to the Checkout. The algorithm should recognize I am a first time customer and direct me to enter a method of payment. Instead, the checkout screen was grayed out and I couldn't do anything. There was no indicator or message telling me I needed to enter the payment information first. There is also no link on the screen to the Chat so I was unable to use Chat to get help. Finally I found a link to the payment screen and entered the information myself intuiting that the Checkout screen was looking for payment information. I was then able to complete my order, but it was very frustrating - especially with no direct link to the Chat or a customer service phone number. "
