Took my money but won't ship

"I had a package shipped a month ago but never got it after 14 days they let me file a claim but never refunded or shipped. My item. I have been told so many lies that I don't believe anything. For almost two weeks I have been told they are shipping but cannot give me a shipping date.they cut off the chat communications with me and will not answer email my only way to contact them is by phone where I usually wait an hour for them to pick up then I am told the same thing day in and day out. The original package had 6 items in it. They did finally ship only 1 item which I received today but still no answer on the rest of my order. I think they did this on purpose and made it personal"

Stay away from them

"I have been place so many orders from them.I found they have so many problem the Item allocation is very miscible order 72 items only give you 48 and keep the rest on backorder and do not know when you can get it. And their shipping is very expensive they charge $240 for 2 funko box for shipping to Canada(Ground shipping) that is crazy,even higher than the Fedex publish rate and said they have 50% on DHL and FEDEX that is lie.And the warhouse processing is very mess up 2 orders just 1 day gap and split to 2 shipment. They said they have 15 day for courtesy hold for Internaltional customer but they do not, if you are not in US stop stop doing business with them. They just try to make you cancel the order and pay the 15% cancel fee and sell the product on their entertainment earth website. I will giving up their account wont going to pay anything thats scam beaware"

EE and Mark Adler are absolutely amazing

"Ever since I applied to EE distribution I have had nothing but positive experiences. Mark Adler is the best sales rep I’ve had. He exemplifies his passion for what he does and he is very transparent and honest. Whether we are talking about the most popular toy on the market or just how our week is going. He is an extremely valuable member of EE and also a team player from what i’ve seen. Ive been able to grow my business so much this past year because of the extensive amount of products and brands as well as all of the exclusive and limited items available. You can place an order that doesnt release until months from now and you will not get charged until the order gets shipped. Also, just like any other pre order on any other website, times and dates of a product’s release can change at any time due to various reasons. That is very important to know, in my opinion, and something that a lot of people do not seem to understand about preorders. But always ask your sales rep if you have any questions at all about anything. They are there to help you succeed!! Hopefully you get Mark Adler though!! "

Turning my Toy Hobby into my business and Amazing customer service

"I have been doing business with Entertainment Earth Distribution for a little over two and a half years now right before the pandemic hit.



I sell toys online on major e-commerce platforms and am very passionate about collectable toys especially Masters of the Universe. I turned this passion of toys into another business endeavor that developed into a positive outcome.



My sales representative, Daniel Huerta has always been helpful and courteous with me. He has always put our best interest in mind and calls me daily (2 to 3 times a week) to discuss anything new, exciting, trending or any general inquiries. I appreciate that type of customer service, since I am a person who is extremely verbal and communicative.



Overall, I am satisfied with the customer service and look forward to doing business with EE Distribution as my main toy supplier for many years going forward.

Great Company to Work With

"I have been with Entertainment Earth Distribution for 2 years now. Never had an issue or problem with my orders and service is always Quick and Painless. Adam does a super job with my questions and keeps me up to date on the different marketing trends. Adam gives me a call every couple of weeks, just to check in and see how sales are going.
