"I have been ordering with EE Distribution since October of 2022. Since then they have made several updates to the number of warehouses they have, shipping and shipment turn around. They are a pre-order distributor, as a result if you want the best selection you need to order as soon as the new items are available online or work directly with your sales rep to ensure you don't have a delay in receiving merchandise. It did take us some time to build up inventory because of this.

Enrique has been my same rep since the beginning and I like that he has worked to maintain and develop a sales relationship for our business. He consistently checks in with me to ensure that I have the most up to-do date information on product launches within our shopping categories.

I do wish that sometimes the buying costs were a bit lower or some of the cases were a smaller quantity. However, with that in mind ordering when they have sales or shipping promos does greatly help. I also do research to make sure that I am buying merchandise that will have a higher profit margin for me instead of buying what is "hot". Our demographic has a specific set of tastes and what works in one area of the country doesn't' work for us locally. We also focus on selling locally and not nationwide. We are a very small company and as a result we cannot compete with the larger collectible or big box stores.

I feel like they have made a ton of improvements over the past year and will continue to work with them in the future. Communication and building supplier to customer relations is important and takes time."
