"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRICE GUARANTEE-
First of all they won't even price match the item, until after they take your money and then you have to fill out a e-mail form, they need to make sure the same item size and color are in stock at the time that they check (not the time you actually purchased).
So... if the merchant that you really wanted to buy from sells out in the mean time, you are absolutely screwed.
This is the case of what happened to me. I asked for a price guarantee of $13.55 from these guys and they refuse to issue it based on that the other merchant has sold out of my particular size. (it was in stock at the time of purchase)
Also, I get e-mails from them all the time stating 110% price guarantee, now their website says 100% price guarantee
I received an e-mail from them telling me they will not adjust my price, so I decided to call. I asked the rep if they were part of amazon, they said they are not, I asked if I could leave feedback with them on Amazon they said I could. Liars. You cannot leave feedback about them on Amazon, I even called Amazon to verify, nor are they covered by Amazon's A-Z guarantee program. Do not buy from this company unless you feel like being taken for a ride. BUYER BEWARE!"
