"Placed an order for two pairs of the same shoe in the evening on 10/18. The price is the lowest I saw where I could get the shoes in both sizes that I needed. Shipping was listed as free and two-day at that.

I received a confirmation e-mail that stated that the estimated delivery would be on 10/20. Just after midnight I received the shipping confirmation with delivery scheduled for 10/20. On 10/20, I received the shoes as advertised.

One of the best on-line experiences I have had.

"BE CAREFUL!!

I have had a horrible experience with Endless.com!! They tried to sell me shoes that they do not have (that are not even made!), and then upon realizing their errors ("We'll get our web designers right on this error"), they supposedly gladly canceled the order (as the shoes don't even exist), but still, days later, my credit card balance is tied up with almost $100 allocated to Endless.com. When will I get my money refunded for shoes that don't exist? Endless says that is up to my bank--taking no reponsibility for selling shoes that don't even exist!!

WATCH OUT and order from this company at your own risk! They sell items that literally do NOT exist and take not responsibility for this and offer NO true customer service.

"I've already ordered from their company once already in the past. Extremely fast shipping which my order arrived the next day! This most recent order, it arrived the next day as well. My boots came in excellent condition, original packaging. The pictures that accompany the product on their website are exactly how they're represented, along with different views of the boots. Best of all, their prices are what I've come to love with a huge selection of footwear to choose from. I will most likely shop there again, that's for sure. "

"One word WOW. Not only did this website have a great price on the sneakers I wanted. They shipped overnight FREE. I don't think I ever received free overnight shipping from any online retailer. I ordered last night at 4:50PM received the product at 1:43PM today. Will do business again. Thanks!!"

"A top footwear website. They process orders quickly and shipping is free - both ways including for returns. Shipping is either overnight (one day) or two days depending on what item is ordered. They process returns and issue refunds promptly. I have done business with Zappos and in my experience Endless.com speed and service is comparable to Zappos while overall their prices are better - Endless has more markdowns and special promotions. Highly recommended."

"WICKED fast shipping! Ordered at 7 at night, got it by 10 the next day. Great price, exactly as ordered. Don't need it, but 100% free return shipping would also be a plus if they don't fit. Don't forget 30% Bing Cash Back, makes their cheap prices even better!

"Endless.com Customer Service - Endless Trouble

Okay, I confess I shop a lot online. When there's a sale, I am there! So here comes Bing.com's 30% rebate offer in Feb 2010 so I placed two orders in two days. On the 3rd day, endless.com process my first order but put the 2nd order on hold. Get this, how I found out my order is on hold: Bing.com sent me an email and said the rebate offer on my 2nd order has been canceled. I never gotten an email from endless.com about this "hold".

So time to contact customer service. There are two way to get to them, phone or email. To email them, you need to sign into your endless.com account. Attempting to log in, I found out my account is frozen and I can't get into it. Pick up the phone and called - the response I got was "an account specialist will contact you because we need to investigate this order." So... Can I speak directly with your "account specialist" to provide any info she needed to process this order?. The answer is "no"...

Somehow feeling like being treated as a criminal. May be they felt I just shop too much? So I ask "if you don't want my business that's fine, but can I cancel this order"? The answer was another "no, you can't cancel this order." Sigh, I just hang up at this point. There's no hope to this conversation...

I have never experience such a treatment for my online shopping life. This is the worse place to shop. If you are reading my post, good luck shoppings at Endless.com. Lets hope you will never have to contact Endless Customer Service. Because it is Endless Trouble.

Update 2/18: I still can't log into my account. All I want to do is cancel all my orders and return what I have. I would rather have nothing to do with Endless.com. After calling 4 times, I finally got a customer service person that is willing to look into my acct, and explain to me what he think has happened. He told me even he can't not access my account so I can't return anything at this point. However, he think there might be a computer glitch so he wrote a long message to the account specialist to have this fixed. Finally the next day I am able to log int the acct to make the return.

I don't think I would want to shop here ever again...

"This is my first review of a website. Before I order anything online, I come to Resellerratings.com to read reviews of said website. These reviews have saved me from making some big mistakes! So, that said, I hope to help someone who may want to order from endless.com. My puppy ate my husband's brand new $180 Maui Jim sunglasses the other day. I did a search and found a few places that had pretty good prices. Reviews here stopped me from placing at a few of the places. I came upon endless.com and the reviews were pretty good. So, I ordered my husband a new pair of sunglasses. They were running a sale, $20 off. They also offered free overnight shipping. If I ordered within the hour, they would arrive the next day. I ordered them. Got a confirmation email, then an email stating that the glasses have been shipped and would arrive the next day. Well, they did! They offer free return shipping also. I was very impressed by endless.com. I would order from them again. "

"WARNING: while endless.com will pricematch, they will not do exchanges. What this means is if you order something and have it pricematched, if it does not fit, you can get a refund but must order again. If the original place you pricematched is sold out (as expected during a very good sale), you no longer get that price.

When I was pricematching my item, I asked them about whether I could get another size if it did not fit. They assured me I could and would even get free shipping back and forth. In addition, when I contacted them for the return, they said:

"We don't offer an exchange program, but I can offer an alternative suggestion that might work for you. Just return the to us for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want. After we receive the return, we'll issue a refund to your credit card.

If the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price on your new order. "

Then when I tried to make the order:
"If the price on the shoe changed on our website, then yes, we would honor the previous price. As you know, the item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that it is on Endless.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site."

This is one day after I ordered, the day I got the shoes, and they want me to pay $75 more. Very misleading. I chose them other the original vendor of which I would've had to pay shipping to them - which I would've chosen if I knew.

"Endless.com is awesome. I would compare their customer service as good as Zappos'. Placed an order and got overnight shipping and received the shoes the next day. then shoes didn't work out and I printed out a return label and sent them back and received the refund notice in 3,4 days. Very smooth processing and the customer service is always great. they are also very good about price adjustment,too."
