"We're just replacing our old converter box. Installation was quick and easy. Programming, similarly quick and easy. We like having the "extra" media port in front of the box. We a little concerned about the extremely light weight and feel of the remote control. Hopefully, not easily broken/malfunctioning."
"Worst company ever I bought a laptop in 2018 3 months later I sent it in because the screen went out here I am 10 months later still trying to get my laptop they refuse to respond to my emails I call them at least once a week and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or manager 3 times I have been hung up on for demanding to speak to one every time i call they say they will respond with an update on 48 hours and never do i have requested that they send me a better laptop for all the time i have waited i had to buy a new laptop because they refuse to send it back even though it was under warranty have literally never experienced anyone so unprofessional they do not care about customer service and they will not send your laptop back when you send it in for a repair under warranty they will just keep brushing you off like you dont matter when you try and talk to them theres so much more that has happened but it's too much to put keep in mind this is over 10 months with still no response all I can do is keep calling their rude customer service employees and tell them my disapproval even though they dont care"
" I got this device about three weeks ago and so far I have been very satisfied. It was at a lower price and I purchased it online and I had my doubts about it. It has so far worked really well. I love the touch screen which is actually very sensitive and I love the fact that it turns into a tablet seamlessly. The keyboard is nice and most importantly I could literally throw it into my purse and run out the door. Internet access is good but it's not super fast. It does the job for the simple things but I haven't tried to download anything very heavy yet. So far I'm satisfied."
