"I purchased an Ematic tablet from Walmart.com and within 2 months it would not turn on. Screen was blank. I contacted Ematic since Walmart would not do the return and was told to send the tablet to them wrapped in bubble wrap in a box, Priority Mail, Insured and Signature Confirmation or they would not be responsible if lost or damaged. Cost me almost $20 to mail.
I got an email once they received it saying I was covered and they would send me my repaired tablet or a replacement in 6 to 8 weeks!!!
After 4 weeks of waiting, I received the tablet back to me but they returned it in an ENVELOPE with no protection and Media Mail which is the cheapest way of mailing something, usually used to mail books.
Needless to say the tablet was shattered and I have called multiple times to request a replacement and I keep getting the run around saying a manager will be contacting me but they never do.
I will never buy another product from Ematic and would hope that others will heed this warning.
This company is not a reputable company and does not stand by their products so BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

The battery could use an upgrade though and a fan it does get hot especially when I have it folded over and using the tablet mode which is almost all of the time it makes it easier. I also wish that it would be able to share information from tablet mode and laptop mode a little quicker but otherwise, it is a great computer "

"I ordered a monitor online from Walmart.com for my laptop as a second screen. It was 54.99. It was lightweight and great for what I needed it for. It only worked the first time I plugged it in for 2 days. As soon as I disconnected it to move it to another desk, it would not power on. I went through all of the hoops necessary to send it back. The shipping cost 65.00 which they refuse to cover. They agreed it was defective via the online "support" ticket and have had it since January 6. It is now March 17th. They refuse to answer any queries in the ticket. They refuse to answer the "support" phone number. I have called numerous times and listened to the "your call is important to us please hang on" message for over 20 minutes at a time during posted business hours.
they do not answer anything and have effectively stolen over $100.00 from me. I'm going to BBB and filing a court case but wanted to warn everyone that they are Fraudulent rip offs. Wonder how many times they have sold this same monitor over and over and gotten free money?????
They do not even deserve one star."
