"BUY ELSEWHERE! Listen to the comments below! We wish we had! We bought a refrigerator and paid more than a month in advance of desired delivery as we were moving. The delivery date range was clearly communicated to ensure the refrigerator was delivered before our move in date. This was confirmed with an Elite Appliance rep. Now we get the tracking information saying the refrigerator was shipped 1 day outside the range we needed it delivered. It will now take more than a week to arrive. We will now be forced to live in our new home with NO REFRIGERATOR for more than a week. May seem like a minor thing to some, but having no refrigerator is a MAJOR issue for those of us living with major food allergies that restrict our diets and availability to eat at restaurants and outside the home due to cross contamination issues, etc. We will NEVER shop here again and believe this was COMPLETELY avoidable. They were more than happy to take our payment but FAILED to follow through and get our refrigerator delivered when we needed it. Because of this, we hope those of you reading this will do the right thing, learn from our mistake, and shop locally. Support your local small businesses. Or just make sure you don't buy from Elite Appliance."

"This place is such a joke! I have been trying to rectify a situation with a microwave that I purchased that was the wrong color. They initially told me that I had to pay shipping to return the item. After I expressed my displeasure they agreed to cover the shipping as a "favor". It has now been two weeks and they still have not sent a courier to pick it up. Every time I call they assure me it will be taken care of that day. Looks like I need to call again for the fourth time. Obviously poor customer service and I would never purchase from them again!"

"On 3/6/2012, I placed an order for Viking cooktop, VGSU1044BSS. Throughout the online order process, availability of the cooktop was not available...therfore, leaving me to assume it was available for purchase. Immediately following completion of online ordering, I received a generated email from the company informing me that the cooktop was backordered.
I have talked with the company representative and told that the estimated shipping was several weeks into the month of April
My kitchen remodeling and granite counter completion had to be placed on hold!!!!!
Possibly, Elite should inform customers of the product availablilty prior to placing the order."
