The people at Elite appliance were very prompt with their responses and very understanding. We worked with Kevy and Danielle. They arranged for a replacement set to be shipped and now we are happy owners of a nice brand new set without any damages. I am very unsatisfied with the shipping carrier (they never called and set up the date of delivery or damaged appliances pick up but just showed up at our doorstep) BUT Elite Appliance people on the other side are AMAZING.
