"Horrible service, they ignore emails. They sent me a Nuvi 350 with charger for a European plug. I've been trying to get a U.S. charger for almost a year. Still unsuccessful. I give up."

"This company took my money and never sent the garmin that I ordered. They do not respond to phone messages and it took a month to respond to an email and that was to just give me a new number to use! This company has had my money since December 12, 2007 and I am know trying to get my money back. This is a horrible company to order from!! I have contacted The Better Business Bureau also. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company!!!!!!"

"This is the worst company I have ever did buisness with. I ordered a Tom To 910 almost a year ago. I have still not recieved it. I have sent the company ten tickets and have gotten any replies. I called them 4 times and they always say the order was shipped two weeks ago, then put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Now the toll free number has changed. I sent them an Express letter that shows they recieved it, but they still have not replied. They changed their site and I can no longer log in to see the status of my order that last said paid but not shipped. I have also left a bad review here and it was never posted. I would never do buisness with this company again. Now when I look for the same Item, it is cheaper, but out of shock. They want even cancel my order and send me my money back."

"On 12/27/07 I ordered a TomTom case. Also that day, I received an email stating that my credit card was charged and the item was shipped via Fedex. As of today, 1/4/08 I have not received it. Fedex says EHQ only created the label but never called Fedex to ship it. I opened a trouble ticket w/EHQ, left a voicemail, and still unable to reach them. Their tollfree # is disconnected. I'm reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! "

"I had a very good experience with Electronics HQ. I ordered online at a very good price and received my package within a week. They sent me an email asking me to give them feedback on this site. I think they may have had some problems in the past but are now fixing them and giving good service. I was also never bugged by them on the phone to order more things. I never had to talk to them on the phone like some other companies. Give them a try."

"This store works great as long as there are no problems. Ordered one item and received two. Was charged for two. Tried to contact customer service but I suddenly ceased to exist. No reply to numerous emails, don't answer phone. I have no intention of returning duplicate item as I have no faith that I will ever be reimbursed for it. Don't recommend this place."

"I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 200 on 11/23/07. I have the same sad story as the majority of recent customers. The order showed shipped; yet, Fed Ex informed me that the company never released the product for pick-up so that it could be delivered. The 800 number does not work, and I have yet to talk to anyone in customer service. I have left 2 voice-mail messages and sent 2 e-mails. No calls or e-mail messages were returned. I have requested this order to be cancelled, but will not be surprised to find the charge on my credit card. My only consolation is that I used American Express, and they will take the charge off immediately and investigate. Don't order from this company."

"This company is no good. Same issues as everyone else. No 800 number that works, no reply by email and no one answering the telephone. Ordered a DVD player with a good price, the next day they were sold out, the price was jacked up 18% and still sold out. Bottom line they sold more than they had and won't acknowledge it or refund. This company is not worth the risk. Ratings are dropping like a rock and they're be gone shortly."

"I had ordered a Garmin GPS Nuvi 660 and a three year warranty. The Nuvi 660 was delivered 3 days later but to date the warranty has never been delivered. The company has not responded to my email of Nov. 21, 2007 and I find that their 800 no. has now been disconnected.

Do not buy anything from them even if they are still in business.

"I ordered at this shop because a friend made good experience with them. For my case the experience is completely negative. Money was charged to my credit card immediately but nothing was ever shipped. The Order status was changed to completed and shipped the next day. All FedEx did get was the shipping information but no items to ship. The toll free hotline number is out of order, the normal number enters an endless waiting loop. The email customer service contact did never respond to my status request. I only got an automatic generated mail with a ticket number.
Conclusion: Ordering here may work fast or not work at all, nothing in between.

"I would never purchase anything from this company. I placed an order with overnight delivery and it still shows unshipped. I keep calling the company and either get a busy signal, it keeps ringing and the one time I got through, I was on hold for over 17 minutes and then an answering machine picked up. Their 800 number is also down. I also created an order ticket through their online system and received no reply. Once again, if your interested in purchasing a product, I WOULD NOT FROM EHQ!"

"I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 360. I found the site very easy to navigate. The price was the best that I found after an exhaustive search locally and over the internet. The checkout process was quick and painless. I used PayPal. I also chose the $3.99 express delivery which guaranteed delivery within 3 days. I arrived few days ahead of the projected delivery dat. Nuvi 360 was in perfect shape, brand new with all in the box as advertised, and works flawlessly. I am very pleased and I will definitely return to their site. So far I have nothing negative to say about their site or srvice. It hs been more than a pleasent experience. "

"I bought Garmin Nuvi 350 and it is not being charged when connected to the cigarette lighter. I left a message and sent an email to have the product exchanged or repaired but as of today they have not answered. Very poor customer service!!"
