"This has been the worst online store I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Yamaha receiver and DVD player from them on 5 Dec 2006. I was told both items were shipped on 21 Dec 2006. I wait for weeks for these items to show up. Receiver finally shows up on 6 Feb 2007 post marked 22 Jan 2007; no DVD player. It is now 15 Feb and still no DVD player. I called customer service and they told me, after first hanging up on me (accidental or on purpose, I don't know), the DVD player shipped 1 week after the receiver. Over 2 months of waiting. Even though I am at an APO address, it shouldn't take this long to ship merchandise. If Newegg can ship to my APO address in less than 2 weeks, why can't EHQ Online do the same?"
