"I have this great friend of mine in the US. He has worked with big companies across the world and his works have been tested to be great. When I had issues with my wife and her misdemeanor, he helped me hack into her iPhone and I was able to see everything she was doing and I was able to track down her location. you are really testing my patience. we have repackaged the bench. the wood was crudely cut. the strips had a very uneven surface and didn't look up to the job. the bolts did not line up with the holes. generally a piece of crap. i will not spend any more time on this please send me a return postage label and supply a refund. your "customer service is dire. shall i say it so you are in no doubt. you sent us a piece of shoddy crap.
i want my money back. any more delay and prevarication will result in trading standards enforcement action under the sale of goods act. the goods are not of merchantable quality and you are causing us grief with your endless emails.
failing your response we will post a copy of this email as negative feedback as soon as we are able to. 7days from order i believe.

just do what i ask. return postage - refund. no immediate response will mean a paypal dispute also

just get on with it

what is your problem.

your customer service is appalling.

"My first and last order from this company was almost two years ago. I don't recall being particularly impressed with their communication about the order. My order was completed however. I've decided to submit a review because of my zero tollerance for companies that sell addresses or spam their own customers. I keep meticulous records on the email addresses I use for trasactions with businesses. The email address I used for my order with this business resides in a private domain and was only used for transactions with this company. Until today, it has only EVER received two messages, both auto-responses about my order from this company. Now, almost two years later, I've just received SPAM at this address about filling prescriptions. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with this company again. "

"well. i placed an order for a chip from easybuy2000.com and received a confirmation email nest day. Soon i asked them to cancel my order because of lack of communication.

I sent various emails to cancel my order and never got confirmation. Yeasterday, (2 weeks later) i get a confirmation in my email that my order is ready. but with a different order #.

seems like they dont like to be in contact with the customer and they do only what they want. im in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company...

so if you plan on buying a chip DONT use easybuy2000.com

go to www.modchip.com where they have much better service!

"Made order on 04 Sep, during the Labor Day weekend. Unlike the previous posts, shipping didn't occur immediately as expected. On 09 Sep, I receive a tracking number and my product (a X-Rom) arrived 14 Sep from Canada to Chicago. Items were shipped in an envelope with most of the bubblewrap protecting the X-Rom cartridge, but minimal wrapping on the linker cable. X-Rom works fine and is a great deal at its current price."

"I was kinda hesitant to order from this company given their low lifetime rating but it appears that my concerns were unwarranted. EasyBuy2000 must be trying to turn over a new leaf because I placed my order on Monday, they shipped the product on Tuesday from Canada, and I received it in California on Friday or Saturday. The item was as expected and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!"

"I placed my order on a Sunday, it shipped out from Canada on Monday, and I received it in California on Saturday.

Based on the feedback I've seen here, EasyBuy sucks when it comes to shipping modchips in a timely manner. However I bought an XROM kit and it shipped out the day after I bought it, so go figure.

"Things started off a bit rocky, as their automated email system ended up sending out a false out-of-stock email for the product I ordered when they listed it as in-stock, but a quick email to a human got that cleared up. Otherwise, it took longer than I would have liked for the part to ship out(ordered on a Thursday, came in stock Friday, didn't ship until Wednesday), but it was otherwise satisfactory shipping and communication on a good deal."

"Do NOT purchase from this store. They do not even sell *real* chips. I ordered a Duo2 SE and was greeted with a CLONE. E-mails have gone unanswered and no one seems to be manning the phones. I am now out $35 with a clone chip which appears to have fried my PS2. Thanks Sleazybuy!

"Poor customer service response, they did not return any of my calls (voicemail blackhole). Must call repeatedly until you get a live person.

They would not honor a sale price for an item I ordered at regular price, that did not ship or get billed for yet. They gave me the choice of returning the product (4% fee on invoice, no refund on shipping costs), and re-purchasing at the promotional price.

"ordered an x-rom flashcart on the 17th, got the tracking number when i woke up the 19th-- on the two day mark. the thing is, when i checked the tracking number, it was already at my house. i went upstairs and sure enough, it was already here.

the packaging was a little dodgy, basically some bubble wrap in a priority envelope. nothing was broken, though. fast shipping on a great product for an excellent price - you can't really beat that, no matter how awful their transactions have been in the past. maybe they're trying to turn their service around?
